Excellent option the ring
The BENIO Ring Gen 2 smart ring pleasantly surprised me. It’s a small, elegant, and comfortable device, yet packed with advanced features typically found only in larger watches. The design is modern and lightweight, doesn’t bother you while sleeping, and the gold finish looks premium.The internal sensors work quite well for the price: they reliably measure steps, sleep, blood oxygen, and heart rate. Accurate pedometer and heart rate monitors. Loved the color as well as the thoroughness of the sleep tracking (duration of each sleep phase is differentiated which is super cool). Quick to charge and to set up/bind with your phone on the app.

Not built for longevity
Nice looking ring, when I got it worked well now 2 months into owning it the ring continually disconnects and doesn’t hold a charge anymore.Wouldn’t buy again or recommend.
