Best Probiotic I have EVER Used! – Let’s Talk TURDS.
Warning: This is gross!Over the years I have tried many probiotics but this one is by far the BEST. I bought this because my poop was as narrow as a medium sized magic marker and it -hurt- alot coming out. In just two days of taking two probiotic capsules a day, my poop was big and fat and plopped right out with no pain or struggle. I gave my husband ONE capsule and the next morning he did a turd the size of a python snake!If you suffer from constipation, eat one heaping tablespoon of Real FERMENTED Saurkraut every day. It must say “fermented.” I buy it in the refrigerator section at the grocery store deli. It comes in a plastic bag. If saurkraut ingedients say “vinegar” is added then it is not really fermented. Real fermentation creates its own vinegar. So ingredients are simply listed as cabbage and salt. Real fermented saurkraut is high in vitamin C. Your 👉digestive tract,👈 blood vessels, eyes, and heart need natural vitamin C.If you BRUISE easily or if your gums bleed when you brush or floss then you have mild SCURVY – a lack of vitamin C in your diet. You need to eat one FRESH orange every day! (Not orange juice which is heated and the C is killed by the heat. ) Ascorbic Acid (C) pills are FAKE vitamin C made in a laboratory. You need FRESH C. Amla fruit and Rose Hips are also high in vitamin C.

All good except for the taste when I put them in my mouth. The capsules taste rancid. I’ve bought several bottles so far and all taste bad. I left a message with customer support and they didn’t return my call.

Got Extremely Ill After Taking; Don’t Know If It was a “Coincidence”!
Got Extremely Ill After Taking these for only a couple days (1 per day); Don’t Know If It was a “Coincidence”!I recently was put on an antibiotic by docs and seemed to have G.I. problems after the medication regimen, and friend told me to take probiotics. I ordered these and took only 1 capsule a day for 2 or 3 days and was suddenly sick with the worst g.i. pain I’ve ever had. I thought I might have diverticulitis or some sort of inflammatory flareup. It was all I could do to keep from rushing to the Emergency Room, the pain was so bad and it lasted for almost a week. I don’t know if all this g.i. chaos was related to these probiotics or something else, but I won’t be taking any more of these. Too risky for my delicate innards! 🙁 And because I don’t know what caused all this hubbub, I’m giving a middle-of-the-road, noncommittal rating to this product.
