Good probiotic
I love spicy food but it can be hard to handle, since taking the probiotic I can handle spicy food MUCH better. It doesn’t make my stomach hurt or if it hurts, it’s extremely minimal. Sometimes I’ll go on binges of spicy snacks and my stomach is still okay.
