Delivered promptly. The box was was light and compact. Incredibly easy to put together and works just as described. I especially love that the remote is magnetic so you don’t lose it.

Decent lamp, but light therapy lamp? Not sure how to know if this lamp does anything.
I read that any lamp over 10000 Lux intensity can be considered a light therapy lamp. This LanAqua light therapy lamp has 11000 Lux so I guess that means it qualifies. But what’s not clear to me on the product page or in the product’s user manual is do all 10 brightness levels and 3 color temperatures all act as light therapy? I wish there was more information about how best to use this lamp, otherwise it just seems like any other floor lamp in my house.What I like:* It’s not too heavy and can be easily moved to different rooms in my house.* The top can be adjusted so I can point the light in a variety of directions.* It was fairly easy to put together except for the cord (more below).* The remote is magnetized and can “attach” to the lamp pole. This helps ensure it’s available whenever you want to use the lamp. The light pole has an on/off button and a button to adjust the brightness and color so if you were to lose the remote, you could still use it (except for the timer).* It has a 30 minute and 60 minute timer to facilitate turning it off automatically if you want to use this as a nightlight or timed light therapy.* It has several settings (brightness and color) making it work well for crafting, reading, meditation, etc.Things to consider:* The product page mentions the company improved the assembly. I read the user manual and did not read anything instructing me to pull the electrical cord from the bottom. I followed the instructions in the manual and was so frustrated. Once I realized I could pull the electrical cord from the base, it was very easy to assemble.* This is made with LED lights. Once they give out, you need to toss this lamp into a landfill. I read it could last 10+ years with regular use and it comes with a 2 year warranty, but time will tell how long this lamp will last. It’s a bit pricey for something that will eventually no longer function.

I like it, especially since remote will magnetize to lamp pole and it has 3 different brightness settings, as well as a timer. I believe it has made a difference the week I’ve used it in how blue I feel on overcast days with no sun.

My room looks a lot better now that I have this lamp. The full-spectrum light is bright, but it doesn’t hurt too much. Having both touch buttons and a remote is great because it makes it simple to change the settings. easily switch between cozy, warm light and brighter daylight tones with 10 brightness settings and 3 color temperatures. The style of the floor lamp gives me more room on my desk,The timer can also help me set short work times. I only gave it four stars instead of five because the stand could be a little more stable. It works great once it’s set up, though.it’s a good lamp that can be used in a lot of different ways and makes dark days feel better.
