Nice set for a great workout
I purchased and started using these in October of 2024. I am perfectly happy with the quality and durability of the complete set. You can change the resistance by adding or removing the number of bands. The weight or what is actually the resistance setting is clearly stamped on each band and should not be compared to the weight or resistance of free weights or machines as all three will differ from each other. The stretching of the bands are smooth and easier on your joints. The secret to a good workout with bands is to use a smooth, slower and not jerky technique. Keeping tension on the bands through out the movement. I just ordered another set to increase the variety of exercises I can do. The set comes with instructions for some exercises but with bands you can get creative. Another plus is that you can take them just about anywhere for a workout.

Together with an exercise mat and ball these provide for a wide range of exercises at home. I used a piece of 5-inch PVC molding and 5/8-inch screw loops to provide anchors for the bands. It’s versatile and works beautifully. The handles that come with these bands are 5-1/4 inches wide – wide enough to not chafe against your hands while exercising. I’ve been using these daily and so far there’s no sign of wear.

Remarkable resistance bands.
I’m a beginner and just received my workout bands. Since I recently had Tenex on my right shoulder, I began using the 5lb. band because it feels comfortable and gentle to use.This set comes with a pamphlet demonstrating the different muscle groups you can workout anywhere. These also come with ankle straps and a door anchor.The quality of the band feels strong, durable and I love that they are not heavy to carry.I think they will last me a long time!

It’s hard to imagine a worse quality.They are very flimsy and the joints with the carabiners fall apart from the tension of one hand. Also the difference between them is only in color, ie, and I did not feel the difference in load between black and yellow at all. Well and 2 of them I tore in the first 10 minutes of use.
