Excellent Device With Clear Benefits
I’ve been using the Apollo Neuro for about a week, and I’ve already noticed deeper sleep, easier relaxation, and longer, more consistent meditation sessions. I wear it on my ankle, and it’s comfortable to keep on throughout the day and at night, without getting in the way or feeling bulky.The vibrations are gentle and soothing, and the app is easy to use with helpful features and regular updates. I also like that it connects with my Oura Ring, which makes the recommendations more personalized.As a healthcare provider, I appreciate that Apollo is based on solid neuroscience and designed to support the nervous system in a practical way. Surprisingly effective for stress & focus
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from the Apollo + SmartVibes, but after a few weeks of daily use, I’m honestly impressed. The different vibration modes sound gimmicky at first, but they really do create noticeable shifts in my mood and energy. The “Focus” and “Clear & Alert” settings help me stay locked in when I’m working, and the “Relax” mode is perfect at night when my mind usually won’t shut off.The app is super easy to use, battery life is better than I expected, and the band is comfortable enough to wear all day. It’s not cheap, but for me it’s been worth it. I definitely feel more grounded and less reactive throughout the day.

Quality Product
The band is comfortable, the battery lasts a couple of days, and the app is simple once you set up your favorite routines. Downsides? It’s not cheap, and this is not a magic cure-all. You still need decent habits—sleep, caffeine, stress, all that.But if you’re serious about feeling less stressed, sleeping deeper, and being more present during the day, Apollo Neuro has been one of the few “wellness gadgets” I actually keep using.

I’ve been using Apollo Neuro for a few weeks, and I’m genuinely impressed! The gentle vibration patterns help me feel calmer and more centered, especially before bed. On nights I use it, I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.It’s lightweight, easy to wear on the wrist or ankle, I have very small wrists so I wore it on my ankle. The app lets you choose programs for sleep, focus, or stress. The effects are subtle at first, but with consistent use, it really feels like a natural “reset button” for my nervous system.Highly recommend if you want a non-drug way to support your sleep and calm!

False advertising. No help after purchase
Never even got a chance to use it as membership is NOT included as advertised. No customer support and price fluctuations happen on a daily basis. I’m very disappointed as I actually had hope for once and now I’m back to square one.

Convenient, easy to use and it works!
I purchased Apollo Neuro to get more deep sleep, regulate my nervous system when I’m stressed, and increase my HRV. Even though I’m not very tech savvy, the setup process was fairly straightforward. I have tried it on my wrist and ankle and generally prefer to wear it on the ankle, as it’s a little bulky for my small wrists. Plus, Apollo recommends wearing it on the inside of the ankle when sleeping. At first, it seemed very subtle, but as the days progressed, I noticed I was getting extra sleep every night. I love the choice of multiple vibes that come with the membership and how I can select one based on what I need at the moment, like for instance, if I’m feeling sluggish, my favorite one is Recover, or if I need an energy boost, I’ll play “Energy” or “Good Morning” I also love how it pairs with my Oura ring and Apple Health, which makes tracking much easier. It’s too soon to tell its effect on my HRV, but so far I’m loving it and would definitely recommend it!

Absolute game-changer!
This thing is unbelievable! I don’t know how else to describe it other than it’s like strapping a purring cat to your leg.I was skeptical about how effective it would be after reading the info on how the vibration works, but after trying it out, I can confirm that the different modes work as intended. I’ve been wearing it non-stop since I got it and have really enjoyed testing out the various settings. Even the sleep mode is shockingly effective.I like that you have options to wear it on your wrist, ankle, or the collar of your shirt, so it can be used inconspicuously. Both the strap and the clip are comfortable. The battery lasts for days so you don’t have to constantly be charging it. And, it’s even led to some really fun conversations when people ask about it.I can’t recommend this thing enough! If you deal with any sort of anxiety, low energy, sleep problems, or just feel like you’re dealing with too much stress throughout the day, this is definitely worth a shot.

A Nervous System Regulation WIN for travel, sleep and life!
WOW. I love the color and how easy-to-wear it is, but the real magic is how this device makes me feel. I wore it on a flight the very first day and noticed a real shift. I felt more even, grounded, and calm the entire trip. I tend to get a bit anxious on planes, so this was a true game-changer.The ‘SmartVibes’ programming in the app is incredible, especially the sleep support. It has noticeably improved my deep sleep on my sleep tracker. I’m sleeping longer, about 40 minutes more per night, and have less trouble with rumination as the band lulls me to rest! Hopeful to also see some HRV change over time….The Apollo feels like personalized, effortless nervous system support – a true lifestyle win for me!
