Sleep Monitor

Heart Monitor

As a home-use personal sleep monitor with breathing airflow recording capability, the device gives you an affordable and efficient way to measure your sleep condition. The advanced AI algorithm will have in-depth analysis on the collected data and generate a professional respiratory report.
Built-in three sensors in a probe to measure, record and analyze airflow to accurately monitor breathing. It starts to work right after you put it on with real-time monitoring. The appearance of the smooth waveform implies a normal breath, while any anomaly of the waveform indicates that a respiratory event is occurring and being analyzed.
Check the sleep information through the app to analyze your nighttime breathing and see the way it changes after waking up in the morning. Understand all your sleep details in a clear way to monitor the occurrence of respiratory events and improve overall sleep health.
The mask is made of food-grade silicone and is designed to achieve a perfect facial fit using three sizes of high elastic straps for all-night comfort. The small size and lightweight (10g) make it easier to wear and carry. Convenient to use at home or while traveling.
The device and report is for reference only, and can not replace doctor’s diagnosis. Does not work for mouth breather.

    Easy to use and comfortable.
I have been using the Emay Sleep Breathing Monitor for almost a month now and have done five overnight tests. Results were very consistent. The monitor recorded many hypopnea events and several apnea events. The reportmentioned snoring events, but I was not able to collect much information on them. Apparently, there were noprolonged snoring events. The device paired almost instantly with my phone and stayed connected the entire night. It even stayed connectedduring a bathroom break, when the phone was separated from the monitor. The power connector was magnetic and snapped right into place. My only concern is whether I can buy a replacement if it is ever damaged. It is very important to position the mask correctly over your nose. Once positioned, the ear bands held it in placethe entire night – even during several shifts from right-side to left-side sleep positions. The mask was comfortable. It got more and more comfortable as the sleep tests progressed. I guess I got used to the monitor being in place.I didn’t see the disclaimer that the monitor was not for “mouth-breathers”. I feel that I am one, but apparently enough passes through my nose to register what looked like meaningful results.Sleep study parameters consist of three values: AHI (events per hour), event frequency, and oxygen saturation. This monitor doesmonitors the first two and Emay’s SpO2 monitor handles the oxygen saturation. The exported graph is a pdf file and, by nature, static. The report gives you an overall sense of events, but it is hard toget the same level of detail that you can see on the phone’s screen. The report on the phone allows very detailed analysis (probably more than is needed), and it is easy to use. I was unable to get the app to switch to landscape mode, which would have made looking at the graph even easier. I still was not able to discern the snoring report. There were spikes, but I couldn’t tell if they were general noise (tossing and turning) or snoring events. All in all, the Emay Sleep Breathing Monitor is a very interesting device. I think the data it collects is informative. Everyone says that it is for informational purposes and does not replace a formal sleep study, however, I would love to try this in parallel with a home sleep study is prescribed by a doctor.Lastly, I would find it very interesting to have a manual that describes the measured parameters and how they are collected.5-STARS

    Super soft, comfy little device!
Received my EMAY Sleep Breathing Monitor for Airflow Tracking a few days ago.First, packaging is very secure, sealed inside a shrink wrapped box. Upon opening the first thing I noticed was the quick start guide which is really nice and helpful, the whole process is super easy to connect. It came fully charged.Next, the device is SO SOFT! I was thinking it would be more “plasticy” but its soft like a super soft comfy material.I downloaded the app and followed the instructions and it linked up quickly.I gave it a try-on and adjusted the straps to fit a little tighter and so far it was pretty comfortable and the app picked up my breathing during my try-on.That night I wore it to sleep. I opened the app, clicked connect and then left the app open but turned off my screen. It ran during the night just fine this way and surprisingly used very little battery on myphone! I didn’t even need to keep my phone plugged in or recharge it in the morning as it used so little battery. I would recharge the sleep device after use though. The report showed I have some sleep apnea and hypopnea especially when first falling asleep, probably because I start off on my back and eventually turn to my side which then it seemed to get better. Nice to know! I always wondered why I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep and now I know!I had a sleep study twice before but they have you in an unfamiliar clinic bed (or hotel bed when I traveled to a sleep center the second time) attached to wires which don’t stay put, and I can’t sleep that way. My results were always inconclusive just because I didn’t sleep enough during the study. This little comfortable device gave me a report to show my doctor and let him compare my results and maybe this way I can get a cpap to help me if I need one. I had absolutely no problem sleeping with this device, actually forgot I was wearing it until I awoke enough to realize it was there! If you have sleep troubles, I highly recommend this device so you can see for yourself how your sleep is going and have a report to take to your doctor if needed. This is the perfect way to get some resolution! I’ll keep using this periodically to keep track of my sleep and breathing patterns. Thanks Emay for making this awesome little device!

    Seems like a great device
I think it’s a great buy.I’ve been putting off getting a sleep study done by the doctor. I’m not saying this replaces that, but this was much easier and gives me a little peace of mind.Super quick and easy setup. There’s nothing to figure out. Download the app, pair it (easy), press the button on the device, and it’s monitoring. It’s very lightweight and comfortable and doesn’t obstruct breathing. The graph is very sensitive. The slightest breath moves the chart. The chart seems to accurately mirror my respiration and detects snoring well.It detects what position you’re laying in (flat, left-side, right-side, etc.) and correlates detected apnea and hypopnea events with the position you’re laying in. For example, my AHI (Apnea-Hypopnea Index) was the highest while sleeping on my back, and very low when sleeping on my side. The reports generated also give you other information about your sleep, such as the time you spent in deep sleep and light sleep.
