Like the benefits of the pill without the negative aspects
(Please note the product has nothing to do with preventing pregnancy and if you take any other substances that affect hormones you should consult a doctor before use.) This helped my cystic acne definitely, it was getting out of hand, within a few weeks I stopped getting them except for 1 or 2 mild ones close to my period as used to be normal for me. It helped decrease the length of time my breasts were sore, and I swear it made them look bigger on average which is awesome. Cramps weren’t as strong either, and it’s hard to say if the pills were the cause but it may have helped stabilize my mood. My only issue was how it delayed my period. I could tell it was supposed to be starting for 4 days, I had mild cramps, brown discharge, but the blood wouldn’t flow. I do not worry about pregnancy because I have a copper IUD but I wanted to get my period over with. Period itself hurt pretty bad first day but stopped and then normalized. All in all it relieved my PMS but did not improve the period itself.

I bought this to help regulate my progesterone levels. I am currently 35 and since I turned 32 my PMS and ovulation has become problematic. I suffer from very painful ovulation and I found thata bit of progesterone cream helps. But in the last 6 months I have begun to experience ovulation multiple times during my lunar cycle. My nails haven’t been growing like they used to, my breasts get painful and sore weeks before my period was starting. I was aware of my ovaries frequently throughout the month instead of just when I ovulated. I decided to try this and it has worked wonders!! My breasts pain was completely gone in 3 days. It did not return during the menstrual cycle at all. I had almost no cramps, bloating or general discomfort. I didn’t have the back spasms or headaches that I normally experience during that time. I went through a whole menstrual cycle and didn’t need to take ibuprofen to regulate pain! It is great! I am having less mood swings as well and it has only been 2 weeks since I started taking Moody Bird. I am telling everyone about this product!!

Has lengthened my cycle..
My cycles have been shortening throughout my 30s. They are just about 22-24 days, meaning I only have 2 weeks in between periods (which is awful). I just turned 38 and am definitely perimenopausal…which can last years Ans years, but I cannot take hormonal birth control. I have the copper iud ( and a side effect of that is heavier period flow). SO as a shot in the dark, I got this bottle of magical herbs to help me be less moody the days before my period as I’ve noticed I’m a bit more short fused (especially toward my partner – tho I’m sure he deserves it some of the time ;)). What I didn’t expect from this product was it to actually help with the period part, too. I’ve taken 2 bottles, so two months worth, I only take one capsule per day, not the directed two, and started noticing differences within the first two weeks. I have a lighter flow – only one heavy day instead of 3, I’m less crampy, less bloated, less irritable, and the best news – my cycle has grown longer. I’m now around 26-27 days, and hope with time it will continue to lengthen. I’ve been regular and on schedule with my cycles/consistent since I can remember, so the only difference I can attribute this to, is me adding this supplement two months ago. Both periods I’ve had since have come later than normal, approx four days later according to my tracking. Being a science teacher and was highly skeptical, and also I am hesitant with what I put into my body. But I have seen helpful results and hopefully you will, too. My hormones are seriously messed up after taking these.
I suffer from endometriosis and awful PMS that usually is debilitating for 15-20 days out of the month. I was excited to try these as I’ve heard such wonderful things from friends and family that have had so much success using this supplement. The first month of taking these I noticed a huge difference and decline of my usual symptoms which gave me so much hope. However the 2nd month of taking these and my breasts have been obnoxiously sore for about 4 weeks to the point it hurts to wear a bra and I am now on my second full blown period in 14 days. I am always extremely regular and have never had 2 periods in 1 month in my entire 30 years of life. These supplement have done more harm than good for me and I’m desperately trying to get my hormones back in balance with no hope in sight. I have always been sensitive to herbs, but never dreamed these would affect me so negatively. Please avoid these if you are extremely sensitive to herbs and supplements.

Made me Worse
I only took it for three days. The first 2 days I took the recommended dosage. I could not figure out why I was so stinking depressed and down in the dumps. It felt like my worst PMS days. It was so bad my husband was getting worried about me. I chalked it up to just a bad PMS month and the supplements taking mine to work. I did decide, just in case, to only take 1 the next day and see if maybe the extreme mood was related. I was still pretty bad off but so much better than the prior days! On the 4th day I did not take any at all and was back to my normal self.My usual PMS supplement is not sold on Amazon which is why I tried this one. I ended going and getting my usual from the store. I wish they had worked. The reviews are great. This one wasn’t for me though.

I’ve heard this pill works wonders for some people. For me it unfortunately triggered a lot of acne and also lead me into a similar state of anxiety and depression that I experience when on birth control.
