Your skin isn’t training for a sprintNever apply on wet skin (rookie mistake that leads to irritation)Gradually increase frequency – patience is a virtue, peeling is not!Here’s what’s fascinating – I’m genuinely curious if La Roche-Posay will stick with the new European retinol percentage restrictions or adapt to feed America’s “more-is-better” skincare appetite. The regulatory differences are wild!I actually really liked this retinol + vitamin B3 combination – it’s such a smart pairing! I experienced a pulling sensation when I tried using it three times a week, so I switched back to twice a week. But honestly, I love everything La Roche-Posay (probably my French side loving French skincare more than anything else here!).I didn’t see spectacular changes (skincare remains skincare), but I probably didn’t try it long enough. I have sensitive skin that can react badly, this is gentle enough not to damage but strong enough to see results (less fine lines and skin is firm, with reduced pores).I did notice a few pimples around my nose after using initially but that settled.Super happy with results
