The flavor isn’t all that great, but I suppose that’s based on preference if you like raspberries, haha. The price is good compared to other brands for gummy vitamins. The supply/portion size is also pretty good, they are soft and easy to chew.

Not yet sure how good these biotin gummies work so far as fingernail and hair growth go just yet because I just started taking them but I do know that they are way to sweet for my taste. I prefer tart and fruity taste. These are also unecessarily coated with sugar. I will finish them but will not order again.
