Helping with night sweats.
I started taking this and DHEA about three or four months ago for night sweats.This combination is working for me, at least for now. I also think I am sleeping better. If you are perimenopausal, like I am, I think this is worth trying. I hope you have similar results!

This product in conjunction with my herbal pre-menopause pills have helped my cramps that use to stop me in my tracks with the horrible pain I would have every month! I never had hot flashes till recently and they are gone! Wanting to kill everyone is gone. Not completely but you know what I mean. LOL! Saved me!! NO MORE HOT FLASHES!!! I’m finally feeling normal again. I’ve ordered my 2nd bottle. Definitely happy with this purchase…. Why only 4 stars you ask??? Well there seems to be one side effect for me personally. TOXIC GAS!! No seriously, I’ve learned to take this in the evenings instead of in the morning because DAMN the flatulence is serious 😳😫. Sorry to be so honest but just be forewarned the smell is potent, it hits different smh. But definitely not as bad as sleepless, sweaty, hot flash filled nights. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. It definitely resolved my night/day sweats and I just try to stear clear of any bystanders when I feel a toot coming on. Soooo embarrassing but I’m trying to keep it 💯.

I have been looking up and down for some relief from hot sweats and hot flashes. I stumbled upon these and decided I would try them. I get very anxious when I’m taking something new but asked a couple pharmacists before taking them and they were a go ahead. I took 1 not 2 I’m on my second day and let me tell you I went from getting hotflashes all day walking around with a fan, to getting just a couple and not really needing a fan. Sleep is amazing again not hot or sweaty! Back to my comfy blankets. These have brought me back to my happy place.. 😊 A must have!!

Would highly recommend these to women that have hot flashes day or night has helped me with mine have only taken them for 10 days, but Itheu have helped me tremendously ,the hot sweats at night are gone, and I have not had any during the day either!!!
