This really works. It says expect 3 months for results. No. It does begin within a month. I have since doubled my amount. I took the original dose on pkg the first month and saw results. The second month I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night. It’s doing a great job. I also add a lot of protein to my diet. Fish, 2 eggs everyday. I’m diabetic so it’s a must for me.I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this. It really covers everything you need. The collagen, the biotin, b vitamins etc. complete supplement.It is now the end of three months. Time to reorder which I did. I am pleased as I see progress. My hair isn’t perfect yet, but happily hair has grown and it’s filling in nicely. My hair was so thin you can see scalp in places. The hair has grown enough that I only need to hide one spot. Another 3 months and that bald spot will no longer be there. Very happy with results.

I’ve been taking this collagen supplement, mostly for increasing skin elasticity. It seemed to be helping, but what I noticed after about 6 weeks was that the skin on my face looked almost flawless! It is truly noticeable. I haven’t noticed digestion improvement or improved joint flexibility or reduced pain, but the skin alone is worth the price.

I’ll always purchase micro ingredients products!!Just recently received this one though and it’ll take a bit longer for the collagen to show its effects, I only take 1 a day, maybe I’ll start taking 2. One in the morning one in the evening, don’t know yet. Instructions are to take 3 a day.However, all of their products are amazing! They’re easy to take, no weird smell. I have several of micro ingredients products I take!
