Great, clean supplement!!
I am feeling great and have actually lost 8 pounds in the last month! I have been eating very cleanly and taking their iron & biotin supplement.Along with a healthy lifestyle, clean eating, and consistently taking iron & biotin for over a month, I have more energy, more brain clarity, clearer skin, healthier hair, and I travel full-time and I’m constantly around sick people, and my immune system is rock solid! And I’m not great at swallowing pills and these are super small and easy to swallow!

Stronger nails and healthier hair
I’ve been using NAKED Biotin 10,000mcg for about a few weeks now, and I’m already seeing a difference my nails are definitely stronger and not breaking as easily, and my hair feels a bit thicker and healthier. I like that it’s a clean supplement-vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free-which is important to me. The capsules are small and easy to take with no aftertaste. Looking Forward To Month 1 Results!
Naked Nutrition Biotin supplements are very tiny pills and easy to consume! They come with a cotton ball inside, sitting on top of the pills. Biotin is so key for hair, nail, and skin health! And apparently also for metabolism! I love that it supports the nervous system as well. Although, I haven’t noticed any changes in any one of these categories during these two weeks, I can say I do advocate for all of these categories through diet, fitness, good sleep and journaling. Now Naked Nutrition’s Biotin supplements are another added ritual to my daily health habits. I am curious about my hair results. Perhaps, after another two weeks, I will leave another review. The smell is plastic.(Plastic might not be the best word of choice but I can’t really put my hands on what it smells like) The packaging is sturdy and stable. It’s very easy to take before you start your day. All you need is a good breakfast and drink of preference, water is recommended!
