Reliable Vitamin
I have quite a few chronic health problems and this has been my go to vitamin. I’m on a lot of medication which can mess up my hair and skin and all that and it seems to have helped some. I take it regularly and I think it’s helped me feel more energetic. I feel better taking a wholesome vitamin when my busy job often means I don’t get to eat what I should, this helps to fill the gap. It doesn’t bother me stomach. There’s a minor taste to it but it’s almost reminiscent of berry flavor, so it’s not as bad as some vitamins taste wise. Size it tolerable, I’m not the best at swallowing pills but this is easy to handle. The ingredients list is good with the natural sources and Amazon always has it priced at a fair value for the money. Quality is consistent with these too and I like being able to order them in a large quantity so I don’t run out.

These are the best vitamins I have taken in quite some time. I had started breaking nails after years of having virtually unbreakable ones! My hair feels fuller and I have more energy every day.

Good vitamin, except insufficient magnesium
This is a pretty good vitamin with no nasty aftertaste. I donate blood regularly and I have good iron levels since taking the vitamin. The magnesium level was ridiculously low though — it’s only 12% — so I have to add on an additional separate magnesium supplement.

Great Daily Vitamins – Feel More Energized!
I’ve been taking Alive! Women’s Vitamins for a few weeks now, and I can definitely feel a difference. I have more energy throughout the day and don’t feel as sluggish as I used to. It’s packed with a wide variety of nutrients, including B vitamins, iron, and biotin, which I really appreciate.The tablets are a bit on the larger side, but they’re easy to take with water and don’t upset my stomach like some other vitamins I’ve tried. I also like that it’s made from whole food sources and doesn’t have a strong aftertaste.If you’re looking for a good multivitamin that actually makes you feel a difference, this is a great choice. I’ll definitely be buying another bottle!

Well Rounded Women’s Daily Multivitamin
I take this vitamin as a daily women’s multivitamin. I have had no stomach issues with this multivitamin and tolerate it well. This is one of the few women’s multivitamins that does not bother my stomach. I do also notice a bit more energy on this vitamin. I have been taking for a while now. I also feel less hungry when taking it strangely and don’t overeat on it. Also, it includes the daily doses a women’s needs in her multi including iron. I personally feel this multivitamin does not have a taste and is easy to swallow. Will continue to take.
