I haven’t been taken these long enough to see results but they have to taste. i hate when certain pills have an after taste and i don’t get that from these which i love. they might be hard to swallow for some people but i’ve been taking these daily for a week now

I purchased this ideal to help with hair loss and breakage but unfortunately did not see any results. I did have to stop using after the first bottle as it changed a lot of my bloodwork testing to the higher range which my doctor was not comfortable with.
