This is an amazing vitamin. Been taking it for years. My hair was falling a lot and thinning out. Now I have thicker hair and my nails grow too fast and they used to be thin and now they’re strong. I definitely recommend these vitamins and for the quality and price it’s great. They’re very easy to swallow and smooth and they don’t have a strong smell.

in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit

This product doesnt prevent hair from falling out like Natures Own “hair skin & nails” which i had been using for 2 yrs. But boy it does GROW hair. Too bad it cant prevent hair from falling out, but if i had to pick, i’d take this one, partly because it’s far cheaper too.
