GIVE THE GIFT OF OURA RING 4 – This gifting kit takes the guesswork out of gifting, allowing the recipient to purchase the correct size and preferred finish of their Oura Ring 4. Gift card sold separately.
A FEW EASY STEPS – Purchase the gifting kit and a gift card with your desired value. Your friend or loved one will size themselves, and then purchase their Oura Ring 4 using the gift card.
CHOOSE A FINGER – Oura Ring 4 works on all fingers. Make sure to size the finger you plan to wear your Oura Ring on. For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing your Oura Ring on your index, middle, or ring finger.
FIND YOUR FIT – Oura Ring 4 should fit snug around the base of your finger, but not to the point where it’s uncomfortable. When sizing yourself, the ring must fit over the largest part of your finger, like your knuckle.
WEAR TEST – Your fingers expand and contract based on environmental factors, so we recommend wearing your ring sizer for 24 hours to confirm your best fit. Your ring should not rotate as you go about normal daily tasks.
SIZES – Oura Ring 4 is available in sizes 4–15, and we currently do not offer half-sizes. Oura Ring sizes are slightly different from standard ring sizes, so you should not assume your ring size.
MATERIALS – Our sizing rings are made of plastic, while the Oura Ring 4 is crafted in full titanium for comfort. Due to the plastic mold used to make our ring sizers, they may seem less comfortable than the actual Oura Ring you’ll end up receiving.

Tracks everything and is so easy to use
I finally got my hands on one of these bad boys! I took advantage of the Black Friday 30% off deal since these never go on sale! I’ve been eyeing them for over a year and wanted to pull the trigger! I’m honestly so glad i decided to get one!I love that it tracks my sleep, ovulation, stress, day to day readiness, steps, activity, etc. It’s everything I used to use other apps/watches/trackers for but in an easy, accessible, SMALL gadget. I love that it’s waterproof and I can wear it in the shower, love that i was able to get a gold ring to match my wedding ring and other jewelry i wear as well. You will have to BUY and app to get all the insights the ring has to offer, so keep that in mind. It is an annual or monthly cost of around $65 i believe. In my opinion, it’s worth it. I paid the one time annual fee to get it over with and now i don’t have to think about it. Everything is extremely easy to set up on the app, charge the ring, and set it up.I’ve had the ring a little over a week and the sleep data is my favorite right now. As a mom with a 6 mo and 22 mo, my sleep is LACKING but this helps me make sure i stay on track of it to the best of my ability right now! It lets me know how many hours i slept, my resting/sleeping heart rate, my REM, deep, and light sleep; and how long I was in each stage, tells me my readiness for the next day, etc.The ring does run larger than your normal size. I got a 9 and wear it on my middle finger which would normally be an 8. Keep that in mind. There are kits to try your size prior to buying, an a lot of stores have the try on kits to make sure you order the right size too!All in all, the ring is worth the price in my opinion and I wish i would have gotten it sooner because i love it so much!

Love this ring
I bought this ring a full year ago. I have loved the features that come with it. It’s worth the money for the ring and the monthly subscription, which is only $5 for the monthly. And it does so much. I recently needed a replacement and it was the easiest process ever. Overall, the pros have vastly outweighed the one con that I’ve had with it, and that was the recent battery issue after a year of having and it wearing it every single day.

Love, Love, Love!!
I’ve had the Oura ring for almost a year now and would recommend if you’re looking for a wearable that balances tracking your sleep & recovery while also looking minimal. In the beginning, it took some time getting used to having it on my finger but after a month of wearing it consistently, I barely notice it and really love how simple and sleek it looks. It also charges very quickly, so if battery life is a concern, I’d say there are few moments where I am without it.I was initially drawn to the Oura ring as I didn’t want another screen in my life, and I find that it meets the exact criteria I was looking for. I have heard that its fitness tracking isn’t the most accurate in terms of tracking your calories burned or steps walked, but I don’t really use it so much for those purposes. If fitness tracking is critical, I’d do some more research on all the options available. However, if you’re more concerned about sleep, recovery, and stress metrics, I would say it does a great job at monitoring.

Amazing data collection… but a very steep price and short life.
Note: This is a long term review, after owning the ring for 10 months. It disappoints me to have to give this a 1 star review, because when the ring works, it works. It’s very convenient, accurate, un-intrusive to wear, and gives you a ton of valuable data, especially related to your cardiovascular system. But, out of the blue about 10 months into my ownership, battery life has cratered, and even when it doesn’t run fully discharged, it has randomly started disconnecting, meaning it’s not harvesting the data that I expect and want it to, and even worse, without full days of data, it won’t build any trends, meaning the limited data it does collect is useless. Reading online it seems I am not the only person experiencing this disappointment.Oura’s customer service is non existent. I have yet to figure out how to get in contact with a human there. All their customer service is routed through “Finn” their AI assistant. After trying everything that “Finn” has recommended numerous times, and getting nowhere, it would be an understatement to say I am frustrated. One of “Finn’s” suggestions is to fully wipe the ring and app from your phone and reinstall it, and if that doesn’t work, the implication from the system is that it will then elevate it to a customer service rep. The issue with that is when you do that, a hard reset and reinstall, the record with “Finn” also seems to go with it, so the system will never engage a human, it comes across almost like it’s intentional firewall in their service.I am coming up on my 1 year membership renewal. I am at the point where I need to decide if I need to make the $72 annual investment again. I would gladly spend that again, but I’m not really looking at a $72 investment. Given my current ring performance, this means buying another ring. Between the membership and a new ring, with taxes, shipping, etc, etc, etc that’s a near $500 investment; and since it only made it 10 months, that really means it’s effectively closer to $600 a year.Battery powered wearables have a limited life; I went into this understanding that, but, I don’t think that after less than a year of usage, going from ~5 days of battery life and collecting non-stop data to less than 24 hours of life with random crashes is in any way acceptable. Apple or Garmin or Google would have mass recalls or replacements on their hands if their wearables behaved like this.Good health is priceless. The ring helped me tremendously in my fitness journey. I have lost over 65 lbs with its help. At this point, however, given I have hit and am maintaining my weight goal, and from my current experience as well as based on what I read from others online, I refuse to spend any more money with Oura, simply because of their poor customer service and poor product life.My final thoughts: the ring makes your fitness journey significantly easier. Data is king when you’re committed to self improvement. For that, I give it 5 stars; but if you buy one, understand that it most likely will not make it to a year without some sort of collection or battery issue. You have to decide for yourself if $500 for 10-ish months of data is a fair price to pay.

Great sizing tool. However, Amazon SG doesnt allow the actual Oura Ring to be delivered. The status has been “Ordered Received…”
