Wow! This works great for menstrual cramps. There are 4 heat settings and 4 vibration settings – just with the push of a button. Charge it up with the accompanying “C” charger, then you’re good to go. It’s so easy to use! Plus it comes in its own handy box. It’s very fast to heat up or cool down. It even has an attached elasticized strap to keep it in place.

I didn’t realize how badly I needed this until I used it! The heat gets warm super fast and the massage modes are actually really soothing. I love that it’s portable so I can wear it under a hoodie and still move around the house. Major relief for my cramps. this has become a must-have for me every month. Or just any time tbh. This portable heading pad works wonders. My favorite part is the padding that is in the front of it. It’s so soft and feels so nice on my skin. I like that you can control the vibration and temperature. It has helped me with my cramping so much.

Pretty good portable heating pad, but loud
I have endometriosis so I’m always looking for natural ways to reduce pain. I have several heating pads, and was excited to try this portable one. The unit itself is just slightly larger than my iPhone 15 pro, so a perfect size for actual travel but would like it to be a bit larger for home use. There are 2 buttons that control the unit. One button controls both power (on/off) and temp (4 levels of heat or heat off). The other button controls the massage/vibration setting (low constant, high constant, short pulses, long pulses, or off). The 4 lights on front have 3 purposes: when you are not changing settings the lights indicate the battery level. When you change the temp it shows the temp level, and then same for the massage level. Then defaults back to the battery level when you’re done changing settings. You can use both heat and massage at the same time (not sure why other had said you can’t). Or you can use heat alone or vibration alone.I didn’t think the vibration would help much, but it’s nice. It doesn’t get rid of the pain, but kind of distracts from the pain. But the vibration is very loud. The heat setting I prefer is level 3. It seems like there is too big of a difference between level 2 and 3 though.It also seems like both the temp and massage strength fluctuates up and down quite a bit while using it. For example, sometimes level 3 heat feels crazy hot, and then feels only warm, and then goes back to hot. So that’s a bit strange. Overall I think it’s a great value for around $15. I’ll get a lot of use out of it!
