This smart ring is surprisingly very comfortable to wear. It tracks steps, heart rate, sleep, and blood oxygen well, and the app is easy to use. I really like that there’s no subscription fee and it’s waterproof, so I don’t have to take it off. Great value for the price.

Slow Info
The lowest interval between measurements of O2 levels is once every 30 minutes. You could be dead for 29 minutes and this thing would indicate an ok O2 level. Pretty ridiculous/useless for overnight CPAP users….

No sleep recording
Keeps steps, heart rate etc all ok but I have tried everything to get it to record my sleeping, permissions, etc … nothing. So it’s great for everything except the sleep mode. Plus the battery last barely two days the most.I am returning it.

Surprisingly good for the price and slimmer than an oura ring in my experience!
I got this ring to see if I would like having a smart ring before I bought a super expensive one. I have to say it works remarkably well for the price! It also taught me that I don’t like wearing any kind of bulky ring, and this one is less bulky than my family member’s oura ring. It’s a great option to see if you like using a smart ring and I think could be a stand alone product as well.

Not very accurate. Bought this one figuring it would be mid-range and didn’t want to spend $400 on name brand one. It’s not accurate. Doesn’t track sleep well and doesn’t accurately determine blood pressure.
