Great Smart Health Ring
Love this ring so far. Easy to charge and set up with the app. It’s tracks heart rate, stress, sleep, temperature fluctuations, blood oxygen, steps taken, etc and you don’t have to take it off when washing hands or showering. You can even track your period with the app which is cool.

Worth the buy!!
This works just as good as the $500 ones! Highly recommend if you’re looking to test out if a smart ring is what you need.

Best dupe
Tracks very well, no subscription, no tarnishing, 3-5 day charge, but only takes an hour to charge back if dead!

Looks Like a Ring, Acts Like a Trainer
I tried this ceramic smart ring two days ago and I’m already sold on the simplicity. It tracks my heart rate, steps, and sleep cycles without me lifting a finger. The HealthWear app syncs up instantly and doesn’t require any subscription mess, which is a relief.I like that it’s ceramic and scratch-resistant since I wear it 24/7 and don’t have to worry about it getting banged up while doing chores or workouts. It’s light and doesn’t trap heat or moisture, which is perfect for sensitive skin. The data has been pretty consistent compared to my old watch.I wear it overnight to track my sleep and the morning data is actually helpful. I’ve already started going to bed earlier based on the sleep quality chart it gives me. I just hope the battery keeps holding up long-term.

Stylish and Surprisingly Smart
I’ve been wearing this smart ring for about a week now and I’m honestly impressed. First of all, it looks beautiful—sleek, modern, and the pink color adds a nice touch. It doesn’t look like a fitness tracker at all, which I love. It’s comfortable to wear all day and night, and I barely notice it’s there. The sleep tracking and heart rate features seem pretty accurate, and I like that there’s no monthly subscription. The ceramic feels smooth and durable, and so far it hasn’t scratched at all. A great alternative to bulky fitness watches if you want something more discreet and stylish!

Fashion and high tech
This smart ring has become my go-to for health tracking without the bulk of a watch. The ceramic finish feels surprisingly lightweight yet durable – I’ve bumped it against door frames several times with zero scratches to show for it. The heart rate monitoring seems accurate compared to my doctor’s office readings, and I appreciate getting sleep insights without a chunky device on my wrist. The black ceramic looks sleek enough to pass as regular jewelry at work meetings. Battery life lasts me about 4 days between charges, and the charging case is conveniently compact. Only quirks – the #7 size runs slightly large (I’m usually a 7.5 and it’s roomy), and the app interface could be more intuitive. But for discreet all-day tracking, this ring’s been a great accessory. After few days of continuous wear, the ceramic still looks pristine and the sensors work flawlessly.
