Is the wireless charging pad not working?
Of course it will work, if it doesn’t work, it may be that the body of your desk lamp is not aligned with the wireless charging pad, please make them aligned completely
What if the lamp body is aligned with the wireless charging pad, but doesn’t charge?
Check whether the phone model supports wireless charging function, if so, please check whether the phone case is too thick resulting in poor contact between the charging plate and the phone.
How can I set the alarm clock so that only the light comes on at sunrise, but no alarm sound is heard?
You can set the volume to “0” in Alarm 2 mode. This allows you to wake up with just the alarm light and mute the alarm.
How can I adjust the brightness of the clock screen?
You can press the SNOOZE button to adjust the brightness of the clock screen; there are 3 brightness levels: High – Medium – Low – Off.
How to cancel the alarm?
Double-tap the alarm button to turn off the alarm. The alarm is turned off when the two white dots do not appear on the clock digits.

I bought this for my son as a back up alarm clock for Christmas. He usually doesn’t get excited for this type of stuff, but he thought it was so cool, and set it up in his room right away. It also has a place to charge his phone and has sounds (which of course he won’t bother with) but I would enjoy. Oh well, can’t make them utilize it all. Nice clock, looks sleek, has night lighting. Very cool

Nice product overall. The wireless charger charges my phone overnight even thru a case. I like that when you have the light on your finger have to go thru all the brightness levels to turn it off. One touch turns it off. When you touch it it goes low, medium, high, off. But if you stop at low and leave it on that for a minute, you don’t have to go to medium, high, then off. It turns off with one touch.My only complaint is how bright the clock is. Even on the lowest setting it lights up the whole room. I liked everything else about it so I used some headlight and taillight tint on it and now it’s perfect. This is on the lowest setting with two layers of dark smoke taillight tint on it and it’s perfect. The lowest brightness could be the highest honestly. No one wants an alarm clock that makes it look like daylight in their room at night. I don’t know if it’s because the the lights up white when normally alarm clocks are green or red lit.Other than that I like it.

Easy to set up and sync. Great sound quality. It is loud when you first turn it on ( sometimes disturbs my spouse as I go to bed later). I recommend turning it off or unsyncing it during the day if you’re home because it will play when you answer calls / watch videos and drain the phone battery quickly. I wish it came with some preset sounds so you didn’t always have to use the phone. It works without the phone lying on it. The phone does need to be appropriately positioned to charge. You can verify with the phone and lights. White is charging. Blue is Bluetooth active. The lights are a great touch, more accessible than fumbling with a lamp. I wish I didn’t have to cycle through to turn it off. If there were a switch to control brightness, I’d keep it on the dimmest mode because it is bright on the highest setting!All three brightness options (along with light off) are pictured, but it is challenging to see the difference when it is light outside via a photo.I do not love the color choices, but the functionality is solid.The lights for the charging plug and the Bluetooth and phone charging indicators are bright if you like your room dark. I cover both.I love the size. Great for limited space. I am pictured with a small lamp for comparison.

Perfect LED for home Office
Purchased one as a gift as a bedside lamp and purchased another one for myself for the home office in an attempt to balance large windows, yet need more concentrated light for work. It is a good value and is easy to use. Touch to brighten three settings: high, medium, low, off. The charger is an added benefit for the iPhone and wireless ear buds, which eliminates two extra charging devices on my desk. The LED is perfect to illuminate for work, easy on the eyes and hopefully for the electric usage working from home 8+ hours per day.

It charges my cel with the case on without any problems, I usually put my phone to charge at night and it’s a 100% charged in the morning. The amount of light is good as a lamp and you have three options for the amount of light. I’ve had it for three weeks and so far it’s good. I like the design.

Works great. 3 brightness settings on the light, activated by touch. You can change the brightness of the display by pushing the snooze button. The alarm light comes on dim and gets brighter during the 10 minutes before the alarm goes off. Wireless charger on top is a nice addition. I love it.

Ich hab eine Nachtischlampe gesucht die dimmbar ist, gut aussieht und mein Handy laden kann. Da bin ich hier fündig geworden. Alles passt hier zusammen. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Läd zuverlässig während dem Schlafen mein Handy auf. Die Einstellung der Helligkeit ist auch optimal. Bin voll zufrieden und sie ist jeden Abend in Gebrauch.
