Helps with hot flashes!
My hot flashes were getting worse over time. So were my mood swings, irritability and sleep quality. Basically, all text book symptoms of perimenopause!I am glad I found this on Amazon and after reading the reviews, decided to give this a try. I started seeing the improvements within 1 week of starting this supplement. I am on my 4th week of taking this and I can confidently say that my hot flashes are gone, I am sleeping better and I can feel an overall calm in my body.I would definitely recommend this for perimenopause/menopause symptoms.

Consumption warning!!!
Check with your Dr. before purchasing or taking. I took two tablets at night after eating two nights in a row. By the third day, I was so dizzy I almost had to be hospitalized. Due to the dizziness, my vision was compromised temporarily. My urine was almost brown, it’s normally almost clear. The product cannot be returned so it is going directly in the trash can.

The brain fog has lifted!
I ordered these supplements bc I was impressed by all the 5-star reviews. I’m 48, most likely in perimenopause, and had started dealing with some “brain fog” that was really starting to bother me. Well, Idk if all the credit goes to these pills or if this is just a coincidence, but I swear the fog has lifted!

Good for menopause relief
Product is ok. I found a little relief. Still have hot flashes, mainly at night. It is good value for the money…the bottle has lasted me about 2 months. I do sleep a little better than before I started taking them. My energy levels are better and my moods are more stable. Not really sure if they provide pain relief, but I like that there is a lot of herbal remedies in one pill. The capsules are easy to swallow, they are not too big
