I wanted to hate this. It’s so silly and I look so silly using it. But my runs are improved after just a FEW days of using this. This is so easy to use and so effective. It fits in my mouth well and is comfortable to use. Really recommend and cheaper than a lot of competitors.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s exactly as it looks and useful for what it’s supposed to do, it’s a one size fits all , not at all like a mouth guard that can be fitted.

Easy to use works for blood pressure.
Super easy to use. I bought this because I have an elevated blood pressure in the mornings and I read online that it could be a lung strength issue. I’ve had it two days and each time I take my blood pressure first then breathe in and out slowly ten times. Then I’ll take it again and my blood pressure drops to normal. My blood pressure is only elevated in the mornings. It drops in the afternoon on its own. I’m hoping it will also help strengthen my lung capacity so I’m less out of breathe when hiking up hill.the photos were taken 5 minutes apart. The left is before using it and the second after. I found a study on the effectiveness of this breather online for blood pressure and also runners and mountain climbers use it to improve lung capacity.

For athletes, use this.
Very useful to train your lung capacity. Hard to use for a while but you’ll get used to it. Make sure to start the first level for a week and then bump it up to the next level whenever you need to.

tested, felt good, hoping it will work, unboxing rather underwhelming, choose this one specificall for the ease of using lanyard, didn’t get it in the pack, also no branding anwhere on the box, so not the complete product what i ordered, litte disappointed, hope usage will change my overall experience

Inhalation valve’s control is great but exhalation’s one seems like doesn’t work at all, and I feel the same level of exhalation no matter if it’s on initial level or the max level. I did all this research to realize this tool would be MUCH better than the ones that come with only inhalation control and now I kinda feel like “did I pay this extra money for nothing then because this is why I bought this thing?”Also the inhalation valve I can turn it around like from 2 centimeter whereas for some reason the inhalation valve ca only be twisted like half a cm. So I am not sure if it’s faulty but it’s still a great tool that I love and it should be very beneficial for my lungs, thus I am happy with it. This is also because at least they still include two controls and maybe I am not noticing the difference between extractions but that it’s still there at least for me to play/test with. I also like it’s better design to not get it broken easily and the cable it comes with to hang it around my neck etc.
