I use this at work first thing in the AM as I review labs and encounters while drinking my coffee. I definitely feel like it gives me a bit more energy and a lifted feeling compared to weekends when I don’t have it.

Research light therapy before you buy
I always thought therapy lamps were to sit in front of. This one warns not to look directly at it. I concluded that this lamp is imitating sunlight minus UV.Im not sure that th term therapy should be used. It is very hard to quantify actual results.

I have been using this light therapy lamp at home and in my office, and the brightness is strong without feeling harsh on my eyes. The light feels natural and comfortable, and I like having different color temperature options depending on the time of day. It provides enough warmth to feel pleasant, not cold or clinical.The size is compact and easy to place on a desk, and it does not take up much space. Touch controls are simple and responsive, so adjusting settings is quick. The timer function is very useful, letting me set it and not worry about turning it off. The light quality feels even and flicker-free, comfortable to use for longer sessions.

Clean Design, Smooth Controls
I set this light panel next to my laptop for a full week, using it roughly 20–30 minutes at a time. The first thing I noticed was how evenly the panel lights up—no hot spots, no harsh glare. When I tap the touch bar, the brightness moves from low → medium → high in a gradual transition, not an instant jump. The high setting is extremely bright, so I usually stay on the medium level when working. The timer buttons are labeled clearly: 10 min, 20 min, 30 min. They beep softly when activated, and the light shuts off right on time. The memory feature really does work; after unplugging and replugging it, the lamp came back on at the exact brightness I’d used last. The long power cord (mine measures roughly 5+ feet) makes placement flexible, so I can keep it behind my monitor without stretching the cable. Build quality is better than expected—the frame feels firm, and the panel stays cool even during a full 30-minute session. For daily desk use, it’s been very easy to incorporate.

Great light source for a reasonable price
This is such a great deal for such a helpful tool. Where I live it is grey all winter. I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks, and it truly makes a difference in my mood all day. I like the small tablet size and the plastic is strong for protection against stoppage. The various strengths and timers are appreciated. The stand on the back works at various angles.My only wish is that the cord was a couple feet longer.
