More than I expected.
I very much like this light. It has several modes and therefore uses, but I haven’t used it long enough yet to know if it will help SAD. I also like that comes with a remote and has a timer.

I’m giving it toMy Grandaughter for Christmas, but I know she wants one so I think it will be perfect! my Grandaughter absolutely loved it. She said she wanted one and she even plugged it in right away and started using it. She loved all the different options for the lighting choices.

This vitamin D light is really nice. It comes with a remote. The remote works well. It has many different strengths of the light. There is a lot of settings. It has a warm and white light and lots of shades in each. It came with the bulb. It plugged in easily, very easy to get it on. It is a great value. It looks nice. It doesn’t get hot which is nice. It works great. I don’t know how much vitamin d it adds on you. It’s probably in the directions. But I plan on asking my dr to check my levels soon I’ll add to this then. The light isn’t super heavy. It seems to be made well. It doesn’t look cheap.

Great decision
These are amazing. They have more features than listed. In just the first day of using them I can already see a difference in my mood. I work from home and can’t always get the sun I need from my office, as I am often working from before sunrise and past sunset. These are also a great size as to not take up too much space.

Tabletop light therapy lamp
This is a 10000 lux light therapy lamp from SUNKENET. I got the version with the black base. The lamp has a beige fabric shade that completely covers the bulb inside. The included paperwork notes that the bulb cannot be replaced if it burns out, which means the entire lamp has to be disposed of. The company doesn’t mention if they offer a take-back program for the lamps once their lifespan expires.The lamp included a remote (2 AAA batteries not included), a power cable, and an instruction sheet. The base of the lamp has a power port for the cable, plus a USB and a USB-C charging port (charging cables not included). The lamp can be used with or without the remote, since there are touch controls on the base. The benefit of using the remote is that it can set a timer for 30, 60, or 90 minutes.The highest lamp setting is plenty bright. I only use it 30 minutes at a time because the power cable block heats up a lot. The medium and low light settings are really nice for desk lamp or ambient light use, but the heat of the power cable block keeps me from regularly using it like that. I set it up on my coffee table and use it for 30 minutes on the highest setting right after I wake up. Then I unplug it, let the block cool off, and put everything away until I use it again.

La lampe arrive déjà assemblée et donne tout de suite une impression de bonne qualité. La télécommande fonctionne bien et me permet de l’activer depuis l’autre côté de la pièce. Le panneau tactile répond correctement : un appui continu fait monter progressivement la luminosité, puis la fait redescendre une fois le maximum atteint. Le deuxième bouton tactile permet de sélectionner l’une des trois températures de couleur.Ce type de commande digitale offre un look épuré, mais c’est moins pratique qu’un interrupteur physique en pleine nuit : il n’y a aucun relief pour savoir où poser le doigt. Un léger marquage aurait été très utile, notamment pour les personnes malvoyantes.La lumière provient d’un ensemble de nombreuses petites LED internes, et non d’une ampoule classique. Cela implique une longue durée de vie, mais soulève la question de la possibilité de remplacer le module après plusieurs années.J’apprécie la large amplitude de réglage : très doux au minimum pour une ambiance apaisée, très intense au maximum pour une vraie séance lumineuse ou un bureau sombre. Les ports USB et USB-C sont un bonus pratique pour charger de petits appareils comme des écouteurs ou un téléphone basique. Pour un smartphone haut de gamme, je préfère utiliser le chargeur d’origine ou une station dédiée afin de préserver la batterie.

I replaced an old end table lamp in my livingroom with this one and it has definitely not only brightened the space but made it more welcoming in a sense. I like that it has touch controls and two different colour temperatures – daylight and a warm yellow. I don’t get out much as it is so its nice to curl up with a book or a game next to it this winter and its definitely been helping with the winter blues while we wait for the sun to come back in the spring.One odd thing about it – if you have a power outage when it comes back on the lamp will be on even if it was off beforehand, like it has no memory of what state it was in before it lost power and it defaults to on. I don’t think it has significant power draw though so its not that big of an issue, but when we had an ice storm yesterday and the power went out twice and blinked four or five times through the day, and each time I came downstairs the lamp was on, lol.
