I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks and noticed a small difference with my hot flashes. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects so they are effective so far. It has a slight after taste so just drink a full glass of water. They smell like what vitamins usually smell like. Good price as well. I will come back to this review after a month to update

All in one menopause support
Hot flashes and mood relief was what I was looking for. These capsules have Black Cohosh, DIM, Maca, Red Clover, and Probiotics that have helped but didnt totally stop the hot flashes. They are vegan if that is something you are interested in and with 120 Capsules in the bottle at 2 suggested a day. No aftertaste or stomach problems.

Started taking these to see if they would make a difference in how I felt and I cannot honestly say they did but they also didn’t make me feel worse so there’s that. I didn’t like the size of the pills though or the aftertaste. Probably wouldn’t buy them again.

Didn’t agree with overly sensitive system
My lower star rating is more of a neutral rating then a negative one since I really wasn’t able to give this an honest chance due to my wacky system. My system has become pretty sensitive to supplements I take and different food additives, so if you don’t have this issue it may be a great help to you. Unfortunately I was only able to take it one time. Within an hour of taking it I was so sick to my stomach (that doesn’t normally happen) and it lasted all night and I woke up still feeling a bit queazy. I also woke with the headache I normally get from something that I’m sensitive too. So as excited as I was to try this with all the amazing ingredients, looks like another thing I will be adding to my can’t take list.
