Nice Electronic Scale with Digital & Analog Displays
This is a vine review meaning the product was provided to be reviewed. This product is a digital scale with backlighted digital and analog displays in pounds and kilograms. Three AAA batteries and an instruction manual are included. The product is packaged in a white illustrated cardboard box suitable for gifting if wrapped. See attached detail photograph of product removed from packaging with a pop can as a size reference. This is one of the nicer scales I have encountered in my lifetime. The foot surface is like polished marble with a pleasing design. The large analog display becomes backlit in blue in use, and is easy to read even while standing. The digital display, also backlit in blue, is not as easy to read due to the low contrast between the deep blue screen and gray numbers. See attached detail photographs of product display in unlit and backlit conditions. The digital display can be selected for pounds or kilograms, while the analog display has a separate scale for each. The product has a 24 hour alarm clock that can be activated from a button on the underside of the product. This is also the location of the pound/kilogram selector. A battery compartment is at the lower edge of the display housing. The lid snaps off and the included three AA batteries are inserted negative end first. Surprisingly, no calibration adjustment is included. The only thing I can deduct from this omission is the scale is so highly accurate no calibration will ever be needed(!) See attached detail photograph of underside of product.I tested the product on a tiled bathroom floor and the product was able to consistently reproduce my weight during several repetitions. To operate the product once batteries are installed, simply stand on it. The product will awake from sleep mode, and after the weight measurement has stabilized in a few seconds, the digital display will flash and hold the digital and analog displays for 15 seconds and then go back to sleep. If you step off the scale, it goes to sleep in five seconds. In summary, I am basically delighted with this product. I like having a quick to read analog display that benefits from an accurate electronic scale. I am glad I ordered it and hopefully will not cringe too much when it displays my weight both digitally and analogically.

Nice Design; Comfortable To Stand On Barefoot; Accurate To Within 1.5 Pounds
I have had this Adamson hybrid 2-in-1 analog & digital scale for almost 4 weeks now and I like it (when making my video here, I had it for almost 2 weeks at such time). It comes with a multi-lingual instruction book. I put it in one of my bathrooms to check my body weight from time to time. A button on the bottom switches the display from pounds to kilograms. It goes to the tenths of a pound or kilogram, but not to hundredths or thousandths. I like that it will display weight in either pounds or kilograms, but do not like that it will only display one of such at a time and that you have to flip it over and press the button to change it to display the other. I would prefer it display both pounds and kilograms at the same time, so you never have flip it over and press the button (note to manufacturer: give people the option to display one or both at the same time). There is also a button on the bottom for a 24-hour alarm feature, where the scale will make a beeping sound every 24 hours (you step on the scale to turn the alarm/beeping off), and the alarm/beeping automatically turns off if there is nothing weighed within 25 seconds. The part to stand on is a very smooth and thick glass (dropping metal or heavy objects on it could thus presumably crack the glass, so care must be used to keep it safe). The scale overall looks sleek, modern, and has a nice appearance, and it is comfortable to stand on barefoot. It has been durable during the few weeks I have had it and is of such a construction and quality that it feels to be of good durability (except that the glass could potentially crack as noted above). The display pleasantly illuminates both the digital and analog readings in a soft blue glow that is easy on the eyes both during the day and at night. As for accuracy, the box it comes in says it weighs in increments of ±300 gram divisions for 11-88 pounds, ±500 gram divisions for 88-176 pounds, and ±1000 gram divisions for 176-396 pounds. Its accuracy can be skewed based on such divisions. In using it, it has been generally accurate to within about 1.5 pounds and it functions fairly well, but readings can fluctuate slightly consistent with such divisions (mostly within a half a pound, but sometimes up to 1.5 pounds; in my video here, it consistently weighed a 35 pound dumbbell as being 36.2 or 36.4 pounds, which is not accurate as it is only a 35 pound dumbbell). There are four feet on the bottom, each has a textured surface designed to help grip a hard floor and help it to stay in place when in use (see video). Such feet also help it with grip on carpeted floor, but the instruction book says to not use it on carpets or mats, as such will affect its accuracy. The price (about $35 dollars at the time of this review) is about average to slightly high, perhaps $5-10 dollars too high for its quality, features, and imprecise accuracy.Given its price and that its accuracy is not precise in a world where very accurate scales abound, I am inclined to rate it as 3 stars, but because it looks great and is comfortable and smooth, I have rated it as 4 stars.

🔧 Design & Build QualityThe scale blends a traditional dial with a digital readout under a thick tempered-glass top. The platform is wide and stable, which matters if you have larger feet or simply want something that does not tilt or feel fragile under you. The glass plate sits on a solid frame that does not flex or creak, giving the impression that it will handle daily use for years. Coming from a purely mechanical scale that lasted two decades, this hybrid design feels like a natural successor: sturdier than the typical ultra-thin digital units and far easier to read than an old analog dial.✨ Ease of UseStep on, stand still for a moment, and both the dial and the digital screen settle quickly. The dual display is surprisingly practical: the analog needle provides an immediate glanceable estimate, while the digital part confirms the exact number. The backlight is the real upgrade if you are used to older mechanical models. You can read the value in a dim room or early morning without needing to switch on a light. There is an alarm-reminder function built into this scale. Its goal is to nudge you into a weighing routine, but in practice it is more intrusive than helpful. Fortunately, it can be disabled, and once it’s off the scale becomes entirely unobtrusive.🧪 Performance in Real LifeMeasurements repeat reliably, which is what most people ultimately want from a bathroom scale that is not tied to a fitness app or cloud account. The hybrid mechanism gives the dial a smooth, steady sweep rather than the jitter some mechanical designs show. The digital sensor settles fast and offers small-increment precision that mechanical scales alone cannot match.Because this model does not sync with a phone, there is no setup, no permissions, and no dependency on a specific app ecosystem. For anyone who just wants a consistent number each morning, this simplicity is an advantage rather than a compromise. Compared with modern “smart” scales that sometimes drift or vary with foot placement, this hybrid format is straightforward and predictable.⚠️ Notable Issues• The reminder alarm feels unnecessary for most users. It does its job a little too well if you leave it enabled.• As with many glass-top scales, the surface can feel cold under bare feet, especially in winter. Not a defect, but something to be aware of.• The analog dial is for reference, not detailed measurement. The digital value is the one you rely on for accuracy.🧭 Final VerdictThis scale suits people who want dependable results without integrating their bathroom routine into a smartphone app. The dual-display format removes the biggest drawback of a classic mechanical model: you can finally read your weight clearly in low light and with exact precision. The build feels trustworthy and stable, and nothing about the design hints at short service life.If you want Bluetooth syncing, trend charts, or multi-user profiles, you will find more feature-heavy models elsewhere. But if your priority is a clear, reliable reading every time you step on – without fuss, pairing, or guesswork – this hybrid scale gets the fundamentals right and feels ready to serve for the long run.

If you’re looking for a bathroom scale that blends seamlessly into your daily routine without becoming a hassle, the Adamson hybrid 2-in-1 analog and digital scale fits the bill perfectly. Rather than overwhelming you with unnecessary features or complicated apps, it prioritizes reliability and straightforward performance. I’ve used it consistently over time, and it has become a quiet but dependable part of my mornings. The confidence it gives, knowing I’ll get a consistent and easy-to-read measurement every time, is exactly what most people want from a home scale.Solid buildFrom the first use, the sense of robustness is obvious. The thick tempered glass platform doesn’t just look sleek but provides genuine security when you step on, making the whole experience feel safe and stable. The smooth surface is particularly practical, as it wipes clean in seconds and resists smudges or stains from daily bathroom traffic. The blue finish is a subtle touch that keeps the look modern without standing out too much. What I appreciate most is that the scale stays put on the floor, even on tile, so you don’t have to worry about shifting or slipping. It feels like a product designed for real people who want durability and peace of mind.Clear displayThe clarity of the display is another highlight. The oversized digital numbers are easy to read from a standing position, whether you’re just out of bed or finishing up a workout. There’s no need to bend down or squint. The analog dial underneath the digital screen adds an extra layer of reassurance, giving a quick reference and a familiar look that’s almost nostalgic. Both the digital and analog readings match up perfectly, which builds trust in the accuracy. The gentle backlight is ideal for low-light situations, offering visibility without being harsh or waking up the whole house if you’re weighing in early or late.In summary, the Adamson hybrid scale delivers exactly what it promises: a reliable, easy-to-use tool that blends analog reliability with digital convenience. It’s a product that doesn’t create extra work or confusion, just steady performance and accuracy you can count on every single day. If you value practicality and long-term use in your home essentials, this scale is a smart choice.

In testing this scale I decided to use something that I knew what the exact weight should be. Getting on the scale ourselves is subjective, as our weight can change from day to day. We could get on a scale and take our weight and then get on this one and compare them, but how do we know which one is technically accurate that day.So, what I did, was set some free weights on the scale to gauge the results. I tried two different 15 lb weights. Now, while I can’t guarantee that they are each exactly 15 lb, I would think they should be. They are manufactured in some sort of facility that has quality control to ensure that they are at least close to the stated weight. When I set each of these 15 lb weights on there individually, oddly, they both came up as 15.8 lb. Two completely different styles of weights, made from completely different companies, decades apart. I found it odd that they would both show as 15.8 lb. Sometimes they showed as 15.6 lb. 🤷🏼♀️Now, it could just be lower weights are less accurate, I don’t know.I tried a 30 lb kettlebell and it came out closer to what it should be.I tried putting the two15 lb weights on at the same time and got a different result. So, having said all of that, I am on the fence about whether this is accurate or not.The scale itself seems well made and looks nice. I just cannot be certain that the weights are accurate. When my dog got on the scale for me, her weight appeared very close to what it should be, and that is a lower weight as well. Those are the results from my testing experiments. You be the judge of how it will work for you. I could not give it five stars just based on the inconsistency of expected results.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = I love it and/or it meets or exceeds claims.⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Hey, this is pretty great. Meets claims, but may be slightly lacking in non-critical area.⭐⭐⭐ = Meh. It’s okay but I don’t love it. Someone might like it. Falls short in a more noticeable area or not for everyone.⭐⭐ = Not great. Best to avoid. Very noticeable shortcomings or issues.⭐ = Nope. This is bad. Does not meet claims or is harmful in some way.**All opinions are my own and authentic, and written by me.**

The Adamson Hybrid 2-in-1 Analog & Digital Weighing Scale is an overall great scale. The combination of the classic analog dial and the digital display gives the reassurance of a mechanical readout while also providing precise numbers on the backlit screen. The extra large display is easy to read, even in low lighting. The build quality feels sturdy with the thick tempered glass display and solid wood base. It has a nice weight to it and doesn’t feel flimsy like some cheaper models. I got the wood design version as it blends nicely with my bathroom décor and it just has a nice overall look to it.Functionally, the scale is accurate and consistent. I tested it against my other digital scale, and the readings were within a pound or less each time. The 400 lb capacity is generous, and the platform feels wide enough to stand on comfortably even if you have large feet.Overall, this is a reliable and stylish bathroom scale that has a nice look to it. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a durable, easy-to-read scale with both analog and digital readouts.

This hybrid scale is a very practical instrument. First of all, it’s very attractive: the tare weight has a light wood finish that gives it a very stylish look. The hybrid dial with its digital display and arrows also gives it a very appealing retro feel. However, it is quite large. This makes it comfortable to use, as you can place your feet on it and easily read the numbers. On the other hand, it takes up a lot of space and won’t fit everywhere. The double dial is a really good idea. It allows for easy reading in two ways. It’s very attractive with its round, chrome finish. This scale is therefore not only a useful everyday item but also a stylish piece that will look great in your bathroom.
