A basal thermometer helps identify a woman’s period of ovulation for family planning. This 5.5″ thermometer performs as promised! It’s capable of measuring your temperature to a hundredth of a degree – two numbers past the decimal point (Example: It wouldn’t display 98.6 °, it might show 98.62°, or 98.73°, etc.). This allows for a more accurate reading to help distinguish those days with even the slightest fluctuation. This digital thermometer has memory and displays the prior reading when you turn it on, it can be adjusted to either Fahrenheit or Celsius, shows the battery strength in the display window, beeps each time you press the power button and signals when your temperature is successfully measured. It is also capable of recording higher temperatures (some aren’t), so it can be used as your household thermometer for adults. Because the end of the thermometer has flexibility, it feels more comfortable in your mouth. It can be conveniently placed anywhere, and the clear case offers both protection and hygienic storage when not in use.A lengthy detailed manual with clear instructions is included, and it also shows how to secure a free one-year warranty.I absolutely recommend this item.

Easy to use, comfortable and appreciate the memory recall
I’ve been using this digital basal thermometer (the pink one) for the past month while tracking ovulation for baby #2, and it’s been very helpful! It’s super easy to use—just keep it on my nightstand, pop it under my tongue first thing in the morning before I even sit up, and it beeps in about less than a minute with the reading. The flexible tip is comfortable and it’s easy to clean tooWhat I love most is how precise it is. It reads to the 1/100th of a degree, and this cycle it clearly picked up that small temperature spike that lines up perfectly with my positive LH test. The memory recall is handy too—I can check yesterday’s temp without scrambling for my app on my phone.Fingers crossed this little tool helps us get that second pink line soon. For the price and accuracy, I definitely recommend it to anyone TTC!

Reliable Digital Thermometer for Precise Readings
I use the digital thermometer for body temperature measurement. It gives me exact readings, and the packaging indicates it is a medical-grade device with 0.01 degrees Fahrenheit precision. Precise enough to make it very valuable.On the back of the unit, the manufacturer lists that it can be used orally, rectally, or under the arm. It operates on a single, pre-installed 1.5V LR41 button battery. The device is manufactured for Amplim LLC and includes a lot number and manufacturing date, 2024-10-25. It is made in China and has an IP22 rating. The flexible tip is sealed and I can clean it with rubbing alcohol.The display is clear, holds the last reading in memory, and emits a beep when the measurement is complete. It has a different alert tone for elevated temperatures. It comes with a clear plastic storage case and includes instructions for use.

Good silicone-bodied thermometer
This seems like a workable thermometer. It has a simple power button, which can also be used to power it off (though it says it will automatically turn off after ten minutes). The silicone tip is relatively smooth and actually feels kind of nice in your mouth; you can bite down on it a bit to hold the thermometer in place, and it feels a bit more natural than the hard plastic of similar thermometers that we’ve used. This thermometer takes longer than I expected, and it says it takes 1.5 minutes to get a reading. That took me off guard a bit, but I expect that means it’s getting a good reading. So just be warned that you’ll need to wait a bit. There’s a clear beep when it’s done. It comes in a nice little plastic case, which will be a good way to keep it clean and ready to pop in the mouth. I’m glad to have another thermometer around for those times of need. This displays temperature to the hundredths place, but I don’t have any way of tracking whether it’s that accurate. But maybe.

Accurate and Easy to Use
This is a great working thermometer at a great price point! I checked it’s accuracy with another thermometer I have and they both read the same temperature – so I am pretty sure they are both accurate. It’s easy to use, and I like the protective case it comes in for safe storage. The display is easy to read. Overall, I am very pleased with it!
