Noticeable improvement for my hair
I’ve taken biotin supplements in the past, but was never quite sure they were helping support my hair, skin, and nails. After running out a few months ago I finally decided to give this product a try because it also included silica. I’ve only been taking for about a week, but there is already noticeable different in my hair. I don’t wash my hair everyday, but for typically when I do I have a pretty significant amount of hair falling out. I was shocked when I washed my hair last time about how little hair loss I had. My overall hair health in general appears to be better – smoother, shinier, and just looks healthier overall. I think you normally need to give this type of supplement more time to see results, so I’ll be curious to see how my nails and skin respond/improve to this over time. I’m already impressed with the quick improvement I’ve seen in my hair and will likely be ordering again when I finish this 120 day supply. This seems like a high quality supplement at a great price for a 120 day supply, and the soft gels are a compact size that make it very easy to take.

Very easy to swallow, 1 bottle will last for months
For almost a year, I have been taking Biotin as a supplement to my daily diet. I have had a great experience with products from Nutra Harmony, and I decided to try this variant of their Biotin supplement.After using this product for weeks, I am very satisfied with it, and how easy it is to take these pills, they are very small and easy to swallow. They are odorless and tasteless, and also the recommended serving size is only 1 per day, which makes it very convenient. Each container contains 120 soft gels, so it should last for months and provide significant value.I haven’t experienced any negative effects; on the contrary, I believe they deliver everything they promise. I am very happy with this presentation, and I think I will change now to these soft gels instead.

Not Hard To Take, Seem To Be Helping
I was looking for a supplement to take for skin and hair support. I got this.SIZEThe pills are not too big to take but seem to be pretty standard. They are not an issue for me to swallow.DIGESTIONI have had no issues taking these with digestion. I take them with breakfast or lunch.DO THEY HELP?This is the kind of supplement that needs a few bottles to really see the difference. High quality at a fraction of the cost of competitiors! Yes, please!
I LOVE that this is 3rd party tested, giving me the confidence I need to put this product into my body. Free of heavy metals and other impurities means I’m getting the focused dosage to meet my health concerns without the fear of creating other issues. The per pill cost is also extremely competitive. With a 1 pill/day dosage, this gives me a full 4 month supply for a super reasonable cost! I love that because I take a lot of different supplements. The darker colored jar also helps me feel comfortable that the potency will stay intact throughout that 4 months of usage…no UV damage or degradation. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product. It will remain on rotation in my home “apothecary”.

Easy to swallow
The package came in a timely manner. It was sealed around the top of the bottle and when you take the top off, it had another seal. The pills are small, very easy to take no smells. I haven’t taken them long enough to fill in the effects, but as of now they are great I’m 65 and I had a little breakage with my hair and nails seem brittle so after I’ve taken it in a while, I’ll come back and give the results.
