This scale is impressive! Easy to use and easy app set up! The scald provides a comprehensive, easy-to-read report. It offers valuable insights beyond weight alone and makes tracking progress simple and convenient.

Didn’t work for me: Update-works great and customer service is excellent!
Tried to get registered for two days. by the time they would send a registration code via email to enter, the app would time out and have to start over. Ridiculous. My wife finally got in and the scale worked one time then would not come on again. Returned….. Update: Customer service at its best! Tychesy CS reached out to me after my review, very apologetic for my experience. They went out of their way to make it up to me. Because of their sincere response, I gave it another try. We were able to connect first try this time. The amount of data provided is amazing! Fantastic addition to our health regime. One caution, if multiple users, make sure only one of you have app open at a time as it may deliver the result to the wrong user. My wife put on 65 lbs in a minute!😂. Can’t say enough about their customer service. Rarely find this level of concern for their customers! Highly recommend!

Accurate and Professional Grade
The 8-sensor design and hand grips make it feel like using professional equipment, and the readings are incredibly detailed. Everything from body fat and muscle mass to visceral fat and water percentage. The app syncs instantly and keeps a clean record of all my stats, making it easy to track progress over time. Too technical. Hassle
Technically a hassle. Seems like a nice scale but setting it up was too complicated for this non techy. I ordered a new one that requires no app. Want something easy to use.

Scale worked but no bio info
Only the scale worked. For some reason it would not provide a measure for muscle or fat. Tried at least 20 times, including after watching the how to video. Did not function as expected.

Smart Scales are the way to go!!
Absolutely love this scale! It’s lightweight and easy to use. The instructions to download the app are simple as well. The only ‘adjustment’ I’d recommend is to allow the app to have the ability to set up multiple profiles; this way if I wanted to track my kids’ measurements, I can do so successfully without having to download the app multiple times on different devices. It’s goal setting options and recommendations are a great start to getting on track with better weight management.
