Works great
This works well and paired flawlessly with my older Garmin bike computer. The size is a bit small (tight) but it works fine for me.

Durable, high quality, easy to use HRM without a bunch of extra metrics
I debated about which HRM to get and ultimately decided on this one. I am a cyclist primarily and currently don’t do any other sports. I really liked being able to remove the unit to rinse or wash the band as needed. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and I have consistently had reliable, stable connections (I connect it to both Zwift through Apple TV and my Garmin Edge 540). When I am not on the bike I am wearing my Fenix, so I haven’t tried connecting it to my phone yet. It’s so incredibly easy to set up and each time I put on the strap it connects automatically without even pressing any buttons. The strap and unit feel solid and high quality. I have a feeling I will be using this for a long time.

Good so far
So far so good. I burn through HRM’s every year or so and have purchased Wahoo HRM’s because they are cheap. Now Wahoo costs more than Garmin so trying this one out. Time will tell for durability but accuracy is top notch. Not a big fan of the side closure but it stays closed better than Polar, which I have also tried. Instructions say to wash regularly so maybe that will lead to a longer life. Will update if it doesn’t last at least a year.

Happy with it except the strap is tighter than I would have expected.
Paired easily with my Garmin 735XT watch which is quite old and my Garmin Edge 530. I used to have the 735XT paired as a HR sensor on the Edge and then broadcast the HR top the Edge. This works much better and if I’m going for a run, the watch finds it quickly, if I go for a ride, the Edge finds it just as fast. The strap is quite tight, but not terribly uncomfortable.

Works well with Instinct Solar
I have been using this for a couple of months now as an external sensor for my Garmin Instinct I particularly like power on button and led so you know it is working which was always a challenge with my older one that did not have the LED.

High likelihood of Defective product
Hit or miss. Defective device. Wouldn’t read heart rate despite being properly paired and correctly placed. Trouble shooter every angle still no luck. Others have reported similar issues. Order at your own risk because there’s a chance you also get a defective one.
