Simple product, great results!
I had been under a lot of stress, and my hair had been falling out in the front and on the right side. I went to a dermatologist for help. She automatically recommended Women’s Rogaine, and to come back in 3mo. The more I researched about Rogaine, the less thrilled I was with trying it. You had to apply it twice daily…Twice! (I can barely remember to take meds twice daily, let alone goop up my hair!) The instructions also said results may end of I stopped the product. I decided to hold off trying that, and ordered the Hair, Skin & Nails Vitamins. I’ve been on them for 3 months, and I am shocked at the outcome. I’d say 95% of my hair has grown back already. I no longer need to wear my hair toppers/wigs to hide my hair thinning & bald spots. I’ve got a LOT of new hair coming in around my face above my ears, and in the back. I am so pleased, and cannot wait to go for my dermatology visit next week!

These vitamins are the only ones I’ve found that are both vegetarian and seem to really help with my nails. They smell fresh and inviting, not like chemicals. They are easier to swallow than many kinds. I was disappointed when they became unavailable for a while, and am so glad they are now available again. I have them on autoship because they help so much.

Works. be patient
I am mid-40s pre-menopausal female. I have diagnosed alopecia with front thinning, ridgy nails & problems with rough skin on my face. I have other health issues & i’m on a lot of meds so it’s hard to say what’s doing what sometimes. I’m seeing a derm for a year and he nearly rolled his eyes that I mentioned starting this supplement but we agreed it can’t hurt. I’ve been taking this for over 4 months and yesterday I realized my nails were longer than usual without breaking off especially my pointer fingers. I work on a computer so that never helps, but I usually have to keep them no longer than the tip of my finger. They are still ridged but you have to get thru a whole growth cycle to get rid of that. My hair is fine textured and tends to wave but it’s been holding more of a curl lately which i chalked up to a new shampoo/cond combo and a new mid-length razored cut. It also has more body. It’s literally floofy in the morning instead of flat. I have not noticed more hair growth around my fringe but it’s been less noticeable with more body. I’m not attributing this 100% to this supplement but it’s definitely helping me. Patience is key. I’ve even missed days. I think this stuff just needs TIME since esp hair growth happens in cycles. I have no problem taking pills. Yes, these smell “natural” as expected but I find these tablets easy to swallow and I don’t have aftertaste. The price is excellent especially on auto-ship. My suggestion would be to order them and just throw them in the daily rotation and forget about it. (You probably spend more on coffee each month) If you have improvement you’ll notice it naturally – a fun surprise like finding a $20 in last winter’s coat. I will definitely continue taking these and I highly recommend.

Improvements in Other Areas
I have been taking this product, as directed, for a few weeks. I have found that, when it comes to Biotin, nothing works better with my body than the generic brand from Swanson Health ($2 a bottle). Within days of starting that one my flimsy nails become stronger, unbendable. With that brand my hair grows so quickly I’m asked if I have extensions. Since I’ve packed for a large move that has been delayed my supply of that product is not easily within reach so I thought I’d give this product a try because of the nutrients and most bioavailable form of vitamin B (as most have MTHFR gene mutations that only respond to Methylcobalamin), in addition to the Biotin. I haven’t noticed a difference to my hair, skin or nails in the few weeks of my taking this product.I have noticed that I’ve become more regular and my stool a healthier quality than it has in years. Due to a spinal injury I have been on a lot of pain medicines that leave me with constipated stool. As a healthier digestive tract and cleaner body are foundational to having healthier skin, hair and nails, I believe that this product is improving overall health. I’m very pleased with the outcome, the nutrition and the pricing for an organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, non-gmo health product. I’ll be keeping these in my daily regimine and re-purchasing every other month.
