I love this! I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate it at all and my face feels soft and clean after use. I bought it to replace my PMD one that broke and I actually like it better. The bristles are a little longer, has more vibration, bigger surface, is rechargeable and easier to hold.The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is not because of the product itself but because of the instructions. One thing that I find weird is that it gives instructions on how to use the face washing side but doesn’t say anything about the back side being for massaging in serums or whatever. If I had never owned the PMD one, that explains this in their instructions, I would have had no clue. And the biggest issue is it says its material is bacteria resistant and then goes on to say to dry it after every use as its easy to collect bacteria when wet…what?! It can’t be both. EIther its resistant or it can grow bacteria. So which is it? This definitely needs to be clarified in my opinion.Overall, if you are looking for a good electric face cleaning brush definitely give it a try.

Small and easy to use
I had a Clarisonic facial cleanser for years and really liked the way it cleaned and smoothed my face via the bristle action.The NagraCoola ( not sure why this name ) is my first time with using a different device with a different modality of vibration and rubber bristle, non-changeable head, which I like not having to keep buying high cost replacement heads. The size is small and manageable.The sensation is nice as it feels like it brings the blood to the surface while cleansing and to my surprise, it left my skin looking fresh, smooth and tingly. I couldn’t give a full 5 stars until I’ve had some time with it though.**** UPDATE**** I changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars after 6 weeks using this facial device. It truly changed my skin in a few ways. First, it feels good and creates blood flow to the skin through vibration. It reduced the size of my pores, especially the enlarged pores on my nose as the sebum collection is half if not more than before using which decreases the size of a pore. It’s held a charge for 6 weeks so far so no bother with charging the device. It’s small in your hand and easy to store and use for travel. This one is a winner.

Love this little guy. Stays charged forever, honestly haven’t recharged since I bought it and I use it every day. My face feels so much cleaner with it and it gets my cleanser nice and sudsy. It’s a wayy better price than the notorious fancy brands while still delivering the same results.
