Game changer
This product has really helped with menstrual pain and back pain. I can adjust the heat and the massage power. It charges with a c cord and lasts relatively long. I’ve used it about 4 times, 30 mins with vibration and still have half a battery. Easy to take anywhere and easy to hide. Light weight and has adjustable straps. Really like this product. It’s all and discreet.

Menstrual Relief
I suffer from painful and heavy periods each month and this heat pad is the only thing that provides enough relief for me to be mobile. What I like about it is the long battery life and the different auto shut off timers. I was using a different brand that shuts off after 30 minutes and it was so annoying constantly turning it back on. I use this one at the 60 timer the most. The massage feature doesn’t do much for me so I don’t use it. Other than that the heat levels could be stronger but that’s more personal preference since my tolerance is high. Too soon to tell how this will hold up but for the price I don’t mind repurchasing if this one goes out months down the road.

This is the best for cramping, so I thought!
I purchased this heating & massage pad for severe pelvic pain. I absolutely loved it because it actually worked. I told everyone about it. After being bedridden for months, I finally went to Church. It was that quiet while relieving my pain. It’s great to go out & be pain free as you can adjust the heat & massage to your needs. HOWEVER, now I’m left with the massager no longer working. Amazon delivered it on 12/27!The company encourages you to contact them so they can RESOLVE ANY problems but I ‘ve hit a brick wall with Amazon. I bought my granddaughter one also. We both wore ours as she had cramping. Now mine is no longer working & I paid more for mine. I’d give it a 5 but it’s no longer working properly. Again I recd it on 12/27 & today is only 2/11!
