Every household needs a bottle of these. Whenever I feel ANYTHING coming on, if everyone around you at work is coughing and sniffling, if the weather has you down, take these. I don’t take them all year round, only on those occasions, and they really do help shorten colds and viruses, if not totally boost you so you don’t get sick at all. I’ve been using them for years, and they seem to be of consistent quality. They also help when you’re already sick… they’re not a cure all, but they do help your body fight off whatever you picked up faster with less painful symptoms.

Since using this product all throughout covid living with someone who did not take precautions I have not contacted the virus or any illness. Unlike other products the ingredients in Irwin are tested to make sure what’s in there is what it says. I take two in the a.m. and two in the p.m. and I have not gotten sick one time I was purchasing this from a nutrition store prior to Amazon.Been using it for about a year. I also take other supplements but this is the main immunity one I use and will continue to do so. Highly recommended there is an even more advanced version recommended for healthcare professionals not sure if that one is available on Amazon but it was where I bought it originally.

They seem to be working well through the flu season. I believe that these have prevented me from getting the flu that many around me did get.I gave this four stars, because you actually need to take several per/day for them to be effective. So one bottle does not last long.I did order more 🙂

WORK SO WELL!!!!
My husband and I have been taking these for over a year. For maintenance we take 2 a day. They’ve drastically helped our immune systems! I think we’ve each caught a cold once while on these. Bumped up the dosage to 6 a day and it cuts the time of the cold in HALF. We LOVE them!!
