Nice size and great light.
The size is nice for desktop and the light seems to be affective at pushing away the winter blues. Easy to operate also. I liked it enough that I purchased another one for my daughter.

Good Therapy Light
My son has Autism and he needs a Therapy Light. His last light fell and broke. This one is more compact and has 3 different shades of brightness. Her likes it because of the timer. It’s a good Therapy Light all around.

1番まぶしいやつを日中あびてます。付けながら仕事したり何かしらしたり。寒暖差アレルギーやら慢性副鼻腔炎が季節の変わり目や花粉時期には強く出て自律神経系の症状がかなりきつかったのにかなり快適にすごせ活発になれています。(多分季節性うつもあるかもです。)怠さがかなり解消され日光浴している時の軽さがあるので、仕事もかなり捗ります。高い某社ではなく安かったのにすごいありがたいです。15000ルクスが良いんでしょうね。

良かった点: 商品の画面の大きさも適度な大きさ！小さすぎず大きすぎない調度よいサイズ感。立てる為のスタンドが使いたい角度に調整しやすく使いやすい！画面も15000ルクス相当で身の回りのLEDと比べ物にならない明るさ🔅残念な点: 朝、目覚める為のタイマー機能が24時間設定でONにしてほしかった。目覚まし時計と同じように7:30にONして明るくなるなど。
