A great mood booster and so easy to assemble
I delayed putting this light therapy lamp together because I thought it would take some time and effort to assemble…Well, that was silly, it’s super easy to put together!I had the entire lamp assembled in less than 10 minutes, and that was after taking time to look at each part and read the instructions. You honestly could put it together without instructions – each part screws into the next part.At first I didn’t understand why the plug to the light is up so high on the lamp, or why there were clips to hold the cord along the length of the lamp…why wasn’t the cord coming out of the base? But then I realized that you can use this lamp in more than one way – you can make it shorter or longer, depending on your needs. If you want a desk lamp, just screw the top of the lamp directly into the base! Or you can attach the additional rods for a taller lamp (as I did).As for the light itself, it is fantastic! I live in a midwestern state that is cold and cloudy a lot in the winter, and this lamp literally shines light into the darkness for me and my family! You have the option of a yellower light, a whiter light, or a mix of the two. There is also a nightlight function, although we haven’t used that.You can turn on/off the light and select light settings right from the lamp itself, or by using the remote control. The lamp head is adjustable.I have literally no complaints. It is a great mood booster and helps wake me up when the outdoors is gloomy. I would recommend this to anyone!

Easy assembly, customizable
The lamp is very easy to assemble, and you’ll be off to the races in no time. You can omit middle pieces of the lamp to make it shorter for different scenarios. You can adjust the directions in to work exactly as you need it. It comes with a remote to adjust the lighting color and brightness in many ways that will certainly accommodate your use case.I think it’s overall a nice lamp – the cheapness of the remote and presence of the somewhat obtrusive built in glowing buttons make it feel not perfect.

Well made lamp for light therapy!
This lamp was simple to put together straight out of the box. It includes a remote control that offers multiple settings and color options. The lamp provides ample light that can be adjusted in intensity as desired. The lamp is well made and easy to use. If you are interested in light therapy, this lamp is a solid choice!

Excellent Product
This lamp was very easy to assemble, really instructions are not needed. Just screwing together the rods to the base and then the gooseneck last. It’s basic common sense that should take no more than 10 minutes. The base is quite sturdy with a good amount of weight. Noticed that right away when taking it out of the box. Much heavier than most of my other floor lamps. It even as some clips to keep the cord tidy since the adapter needs to be plugged into the gooseneck on top. Basic black so it fits with any decor and the lamp can be adjusted in any 365 degree position. The different levels of brightness is great. My only negative is that there are no batteries included with the remote. I kept wondering why the remote did not work until I decided to check the battery compartment and saw that it needed batteries.

Nice and bright with different temp and size options
This is a good, bright light for a room that has no decent lighting in it. It is adjustable strength with a night light feature and a remote. I like that you can have it be a desk lamp (a rather large one), table lamp or floor lamp.I don’t know really how much the happy light benefits me, to be fair I do live in Florida and it’s basically still summer here, so I get tons of natural light regularly. Even in the winter we don’t get blocks of gloomy days like in the PNW or something, but I like this large bright light for reading and other things that require good lighting.I’m not sure why “happy” lights always have to be generally unattractive and fairly utilitarian looking, but oh well.

Suits my needs just fine, but a 2, 3ft desk lamp is a lot bigger than I expected
Here’s a “happy light therapy” lamp, I believe they call it this as a way to not call it a “S.A.D” lamp, and no one wants a sad lamp. First off, it comes with some assembly required—not much, just 4 parts if you want it on the ground, or 2 parts if you want it as a desk lamp. Just connect all the parts into place and you’re done. Only issue though, if you want it as a desk lamp now, but want it on the floor later, you’ll have to keep the main parts somewhere handy.I set it as a desk lamp, and boy is it big. It’s roughly 2 or 3 feet (depending on how you want to rotate the light), but it’s quite helpful nevertheless. The fact that this lamp offers you both cool and warm lighting, which is more or less the same as morning and sunset light, helps a lot not just with S.A.D, but with sleep rhythms. Overall, I found that swapping between the lightings helps a lot with both waking up in the morning, and getting a better night’s sleep.Notes: The remote is essential; the lamp stand itself doesn’t have as many choices and is pretty inconvenient to constantly tap in order to swap both colors and light strength. There’s also a night light of which you can turn on while the main light is off.

High quality and works great.
I have to say I’m super impressed with the quality of this lamp. It’s heavy duty and really well made. It was easy to put together and looks great in my bedroom. I love that it has a remote so I can turn it on/off and adjust the light settings from bed. You will need 2 AAA batteries for the remote and the lamp controls need to be pointed towards the remote for it to work. There’s a few different settings for the light temperature and brightness. Whether or not it will help with my seasonal depression, time will tell – but even if it doesn’t it’s a great lamp to have in the house. Another bonus is it can also be used as a desk lamp by removing one section of the lamp base. Overall, awesome lamp and I highly recommend it!
