I Absolutely Love This Product!
I have been taking LivOn Laboratories Lypo–Spheric Vitamin C every day for a while now, and I honestly feel amazing. This is by far the best vitamin C I’ve ever used. I love how it makes me feel — energized, healthier, and my immune system feels really supported.The fact that it is liposomal makes such a difference. I feel like my body actually absorbs it well, and I notice a real boost in my overall wellness. I also appreciate that it has no sugar, so it’s easy to take daily without any worries.I honestly look forward to taking it every morning. It has become a staple in my daily routine, and I cannot recommend it enough. If you want a high-quality vitamin C that really works and makes you feel great, this is the one!

The Best Oral Vitamin C I’ve Used So Far!
For me, this is by far the best oral Vitamin C I have ever used and I’ve taken at least nine different brands. I’m currently on my 21st box and so far the product has been very consistent in appearance, taste, and effectiveness. Anytime I feel like an infection might be setting in, I take five of these packets (30 in a box) and by the next day I always feel much better. Works great for a toothache as well. The only bummer has been the price increases over the years. It was under thirty dollars a box when I first starting taking it and now its just under forty dollars a box. I have really come to depend on this product so I hope they are able to keep from raising the price any further.

Best Vitamin C ever. I usually get stomach aches when I take Vitamin C but this one, I never got any aches. It’s bit hard to take it because it doesn’t tastes good. I take it with juice.

Now, more than ever, it’s important to take care of our health and do our best to avoid illness. Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C is a big part of my wellness plan.Most people associate vitamin C with the immune system and know we need sufficient vitamin C to ward off colds and other viruses and to fight them if and when we do get sick. But vitamin C does a lot more. It reduces the risk of chronic disease as well as acute, it can help protect the heart and blood vessels, it helps prevent anemia, and it may prevent dementia in older persons. And that’s just the beginning of the list of benefits.If you simply swallow a vitamin C tablet or capsule each day, it’s better than not taking any vitamin C at all, but most of the vitamin (up to 97%) can be lost as it passes through the acidic environment in your stomach. Liposomal vitamin C is encapsulated in a layer of fat that allows it to pass through the acidic environment of the stomach without being destroyed. According to LivOn, this means that liposomal vitamin C delivers 200% more vitamin C than the standard tablet or capsule, and you, of course, are the beneficiary. According to LivOn’s Website, the liposomes, themselves, contribute to our nutrition.As someone who doesn’t like to take large pills, I like the fact that I can simply open a packet of this liposomal vitamin C, pour it in a glass, and down it in one swallow. I was a little reluctant, at first, to take 1,000 mg., since 75-90 mg. is the usual recommended daily dose, and I’m no believer in mega-vitamin therapy for anything. However, I’ve suffered no ill effects from the high dose, and I don’t expect to.Due to an accident, I’ve had two cornea transplants (one in each eye), and due to the cornea transplants, I’ve developed dry eye syndrome in both eyes. Drops do help greatly, but after taking Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C for a few months, I find I usually don’t even need the drops. I also feel I sleep better and have a lot more energy during the day, though it’s calm energy; I’m never nervous and jumpy like some people are if they drink too much caffeine, etc.I also love it that this vitamin C contains no GMOs, sugars, starch, artificial flavors, artificial colors, flavors, gluten, hexane, or meat or dairy products. It’s suitable for vegetarians like me and even for vegans. Some people say it tastes terrible, but it really doesn’t. Just put some water in a shot glass, pour in the vitamin C, and swallow. There won’t be any taste at all.If the health benefits aren’t motivation enough to take this, your skin needs vitamin C to look its best. It needs a lot more than vitamin C, of course, but vitamin C plays a huge role in bright, beautiful skin. Many of us use expensive vitamin C serums on our face, but unless we have adequate vitamin C in our body, our skin isn’t going to be able to glow, and we won’t be able to make adequate collagen and elastin, two substances that keep our skin young and bouncy looking.I love this vitamin C, and I’m trying to get everyone I care about to take it daily. You should be doing that, too. (I also take LivOn’s L-Carnitine to counteract the aging effects of sugar, since I don’t eat meat.)

Excellent product but an ingredient is alcohol
This is an excellent product, with top-notch ingredients! I would ingest the product straight out of the package, the taste is intense; kind of a salty gel-shot, but I found this easier to do than try to mix it in a glass of water. This product was highly recommended during a yoga retreat. The packets are easy to carry for travel, they do not need refrigeration. Please note, there is a minute (very small) amount of alcohol (preservative) in each packet, hence this product is not good for recovering alcoholics. I gave some to a friend who is in AA, they immediately noticed the alcohol; they were 30+ years sobre and could detect the alcohol. I promised them there was no alcohol, since the product was introduced at a yoga retreat where alcohol/caffeine/animal products are forbidden. He said he felt awful, and frankly, he looked horrible after taking the gel packet. I read the ingredients and was shocked to see there was indeed alcohol as an ingredient. I understand the need for a preservative. I felt slightly dizzy every morning for two months while taking this. I am alcohol-free, not an alcoholic; I just don’t enjoy alcohol. I stopped taking it, and the dizziness went away. I had two boxes of the gel packets and gave them away. This is an excellent source of Vitamin C; however, be aware that you may be affected by the small amounts of alcohol.

Good supplement, awful taste
I can tell this product works — I’ve felt a little more energy and balance since I started taking it, though to be fair I’ve also been improving my diet, so it’s probably a mix of things. Either way, I do believe it’s a good supplement and it does what it says.The tough part is the taste and texture. Honestly, it’s the most unpleasant thing I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t really dissolve in water, and the more you try to mix it, the longer you have to deal with the flavor. My trick is to take the whole packet straight, then chase it with another drink to wash it down.Bottom line: it works, and I’ll keep using it — but I really wish they would fix the flavor, because that’s the only thing that makes it hard to take every day.
