After a half bottle I have noticed that these seem to help my weak nails and hair thickening, and my facial skin looks better too. They have a pleasant strawberry taste. I recommend them.

This is absolutely amazing. I’m truly stunned by the effects of these supplements. I’ve taken plenty of supplements in my life and i’ve never seen results but these results were so immediate. I’ve only been taking them for 6 days or so, I’ve lost 4 pounds! I believe it may have a nutrient in it that i must lack because my cravings are completely gone. My skin that has been dry and pimply my whole life has cleared up and is very plump. My scars are fading. I haven’t noticed much to my hair yet but the very roots of them look very thick. My nail bed is growing in thicker as well. On top of it, I take it at night and it helps me sleep AMAZING. I dont need melatonin anymore. I’ve stopped taking all other supplements because this has been a true miracle for me. I can’t wait to take it longer and see more results. Thank you so much for for this product. Great product
Love this product. Definitely has helped with my skin not being so thin. My nails are not like paper. Hair is stronger. You have to use it consistently. Takes at least a full bottle of use. None of this is a quick fix. But you will see healthy growth. I have used more expensive products yet none worked as well as this. Taste is good. Not a huge gummy person but it is okay.

Thanks to an aunt I realized this existed, I must say it’s extremely good, it has helped me with my nails, my hair and even my skin, I’ve been using these gummies for three years and I have no complaints, I recommend them 100%.P.S.: I don’t know if it’s just me, but these make me very sleepy; I fall asleep immediately. So, if you eat them together in the mornings, you’ll probably get very sleepy. I recommend eating one in the morning and one at night if the same thing happens to you.
