First Try Feels Really Nice
We just received this and gave it one full 15 minutes for both my husband and I. Having the ENTIRE foot encased in the machine, with slight amount of warmth while it was working, really added to the nice, calming effect of the foot massage machine. I was worried that having it work on the top as well as the bottom of the feet might hurt since my foot top side is more sensitive. But it just felt like nice pressure there. The heat function made the warmth just slight enough to be comforting. I don’t know how much ‘healing’ this will do, but it was so nice just to rock in our comfy rocker with our feet getting a soothing massage. And, as I have found with my Nekteck neck and shoulder massager, their quality is very good and reliable. So I hope our many FUTURE experiences with this are as good as our first.

Perfect massager to relax after work
Simply awesome. I have always been a fan of Nekteck products and this is my 4th one (60 W USB C charger, Solar Outdoorlights, Surge protector and the foot massager)This massager falls in the sweet spot of perfect pricing and quality product.1. I love the ability to change intensity and pressure to 3 different levels.2. It looks bulky but is not that heavy3. I have used on Max setting and it feels awesome on my foot.4. The heat function takes a while to heat up. And if you are wearing thick socks you may not feel it right away.Not a deal breaker, but I wish they would have a built in battery option so that I can carry it anywhere and may be even use it on long drives. (Btw, I have a portable battery with 80 W AC outlet. I am going to try if it runs on it or not)

Great foot massage,but heat isn’t very good
I bought this massager for my wife,who has had foot trouble her whole life.She’s like me,with a very high arch and as we’ve gotten older,arthritis is compounding the issues. We both feel that the massage portion is great–she was very happy with the choice of settings and ability to tailor the massage.I have to agree–she wanted me to try it,and I must say,even at the “medium” intensity setting,the massage is very firm and relaxing. It is a little noisey;not “whisper quiet” as some reviews have claimed,but not extremely loud either.The biggest issue is the lack of feeling “heat”. She gave it the full 15 minutes and she never really felt anything close to heat.I also tried it for about 10 minutes,and got pretty well the same results.I could feel just a little warmth on the arches and sides of my feet,but still not what I would call “heat”–maybe I’m just not used to “infrared” heat,since I expected something closer to heating pad heat. Other than the heat issue,we both think it’s a great product with easy to use controls,and one nice bonus is the feature of being able to unzip and remove the foot sleeves and wash them. She’s keeping it for now,and we’ll see how things go for the next 30 days or so. I do update most of my reviews,so I’ll do so at a later time.

Decent, affordable massager but needs improvements
I’m not going to dock any stars here because at this price point, this device provides an accessible way for the average person to find some pain relief and relaxion. I like that this has a faux leather casing and that it’s stable enough for the task at hand. It’s easy to set up. You can get started in one minute- no exaggeration. In a rudimentary way, it performs its purpose and provides relief. However, there is room for improvement.* There needs to be a clearer way to increase/adjust the temperature. I am appreciative that there are three settings, though.* It should have different massage strengths. This only has one.* For the uninitiated, the heat component typical in these value massagers, is slow to heat. The longer you use it in a session, the warmer it will get. That said, do not expect it to get too hot at all. So, I wish the heating element could get hotter and I wish it had massagers on the sides as well. When I was looking into buying this, it wasn’t clear to me where the ‘massage action’ was coming from and I happily assumed that it was coming from all directions. One of my pictures shows the massager lit up where the actual massagers are located on this device.* For obvious reasons, there should be a way to remove the cloth where you place your feet or calves. Sadly, this does not have that. So, if you’re sharing or if you don’t want it to get gross, always wash your feet and wear socks while using this, I guess.

My husband is always like “Honey, can you rub my legs (calves) so I got this for him as an early Christmas present. He loves it! Now I’m off the hook for all of the leg rubbing so it was also a great present for me! LOL
