The solution I was looking for (after some adjustment)
Bought these upon entering peri-menopause as the night sweats, and mood swings (rage? all the time?) were annoying me. For the first week or so, they resulted in stomach upset. Nothing unbearable, but it took a while for my digestive system to get used to the probiotic blend. At the encouragement of a friend, I stuck to it, and sure enough, I got used to it. At the same time, I began to sleep better and my mood improved. I think these are the perimenopause vitamin I was looking for and I’ve replaced my previous vitamin with them.One thing I wish was different was these capsules tend to float in my mouth, triggering my gag reflex. I wish they were tablets or something that didn’t float as much, but I can bear it.

Damaged products with no replacements.
I’ve ordered this product several times and it works great, but I’ve received at least 2 orders that look like some of the capsules have opened inside. The product is orange and its all over the inside of the container. With the cost of this product it’s not worth buying when it comes damaged and you can’t get a replacement.
