Stopped working after firmware update
My brand new smart ring stopped functioning properly after the app prompted a firmware update. It worked for one night before the update, but since then it will only connect while on the charging base. As soon as I take it off the charger, my phone cannot recognize or pair with it at all.Here are the exact issues I’m experiencing:The ring only connects when it is sitting on the charging baseOnce I put it on my finger, Bluetooth disconnects immediatelyThe firmware update froze and now the ring seems stuck in charging-only modeThe app no longer allows me to select a firmware file path like it did during the first setupThe ring shows a solid green light on the charger but won’t pair once removedHere’s everything I have already tried:Restarted my phoneDeleted and reinstalled the Health Wear appTried forced reset cycles (removing and replacing the ring on the charger repeatedly)Attempted pairing with the ring both on and off the chargerTried pairing on a second phoneCleared corrupted Bluetooth data/cache as much as my device allowsDespite all of these steps, the ring still will not pair or function unless it is physically sitting on the charging base.Can you please advise on the next steps?If this is a firmware corruption issue, I would appreciate instructions for a manual firmware recovery or confirmation if the device needs to be replaced.

Perfect health tracker at a great price
This ring is amazing and only paid $20! Sizing is on point as well. I wear a 7 on my pointer finger and if fits perfectly. This ring measures blood pressure, heart rate, mood , sleep. The only downfall is sleep doesn’t track consistently and connection gets lost battery life also isn’t the best but when it is 100 in sync it’s prefect
