Excellent Accuracy
This isn’t my first ring tracker, and it has the most accurate functionality of any I’ve used. It’s also the most attractive tracker I’ve seen. The finish resembles fine cloisonné jewelry. The ring is very comfortable and I don’t even notice that I’m wearing it. I normally take it off when I shower, but left it on the other day and it didn’t miss a beat.I usually get between 5 and 6 days of battery life. It doesn’t take long at all to charge it using the included charging cable. The ring comes packaged in a nice box which doubles as travel charger. You do need a USB/C cable to charge the box and that is not included with the ring. When you open the box, it lights up to let you know if it has a charge.Yes, you have to use an app to read the data which would be an issue if I needed to continuously monitor my heart rate during exercise. The app lets me take measurements for heart rate, oxygen, or blood pressure whenever I want and it also tracks those things 24 hours a day. Because I don’t have the app running constantly on my phone, it does need to sync to the ring when I open the app. It shows the trends and history of the measurements. I find the app very easy to use and quite accurate. My primary concerns were monitoring my sleep and my blood pressure. The tracker I wore on my wrist never tracked my sleep correctly. What I like about this ring tracker is that it will record all of the time I spent asleep whether I get up to let the dog out or get a glass of water. My old tracker would only record from the most recent time I went to sleep, so when I wake up at 5:00 AM to feed the dog and go back to sleep until 6:30, it would only show that I slept 90 minutes for the entire night. This one tracks all of it and shows when I was awake and the quality of my sleep.I wanted to see how accurate the blood pressure readings were and used it when I went to a medical appointment. The ring was within 1 point of the readings that the nurse took with a blood pressure cuff. Call me impressed!I have found it to be much more accurate than my old tracker when it comes to my steps. The one I wore on my wrist would count any movement of my hand as a step, so if I drummed my fingers on a tabletop, it counted it as steps. This ring only counts my actual steps so I have a better picture of how I’m doing.

Cutesy ring, good for basic health point tracking
This smart ring is the first smart ring I’ve ever tried, but not the first piece of jewelry with health monitoring features. I found the ring to be cutesy in its styling, fit well, and quite comfortable to wear. The edges are rounded, and the whole thing is smooth with no points to snag, poke, or rub. I have had no issues with wearing in the shower or to bed, and the battery life far surpasses that of my Apple watch by 4-5 days. The app is easy to set up and connect to the ring. The health point data tracking is easy to view, and syncing is a pretty fast and simple process. The pulse tracker seems to work perfectly well, and the data points were very close to those I got from my fingertip clip on style pulse oximeter. The O2sat readings were off by a percent or less than two when comparing. The sleep tracker also works well, and generally detects my sleep/wake periods with the same accuracy as my Apple watch. The same is true of the pedometer readings. The blood pressure readings seem to just be a variation on whatever numbers I choose to enter into the “calibration” portion of the app. It doesn’t seem to be able to perform an actual blood pressure reading, and after doing some digging and article reading it seems that at this time there is no smart ring or watch (except for one) that is capable of performing an actual blood pressure reading.I do love that it comes with a recharging case that will allow for a few full ring charges before needing to be plugged in again. This makes it perfect for travel, or busy schedules.

For less than $50USD im not complaining.A multi-dimensional health data monitoring. Smart rings can monitor heart rate, blood oxygen sleep quality, and other indicators in real time. This really gives someone like me piece of mind. I have a condition that requires i monitor my oxygen level, this makes it a lot easier. This ring is fashionable. It has golden accents and a white base with pretty flowers and butterflies. Its a nice ring at a nice price. It does require you download an app, just like anything else today.4stars

Cute and functional
This little smart ring has a very cute design that resembles bohoenameled or cloisonne fashion jewelry. It is refreshing. It does the standard smart ring jobs like keeping track of steps, heart rate, sleep, etc. Smart rings seem to be more efficient in tracking my sleep than the watches, as well as vital signs. Im not sure why, but for me a ring seems to have.much more reliable data output. The downside of a ring is that all of their info has to be accessed by the phone app as there are no displays. They basically only give a set of specific health information readings. In a large way, that is a good thing. This ring came with a good bit of charge and it was easy to download its app and get it set up. The readings are pretty accurate although I always want to quibble with the number of steps smart gadgets report at the end of a day… I will purchase some covers for this to keep it from getting scratched up as I am pretty rough on jewelry, especiall y rings.Recommended!

Dud
Cant get mine to power on or charge. I’ve plugged in using the cable only, and the included charging dock with the dock lid opened and closed. I’ve been trying to use all methods to charge for over 24 hours now. The device lights up red when plugged in and the phone can actually connect to the ring, but says “low battery charge now” and after so many attempts its still stuck at 0% battery. Disconnects from phone the moment i remove it from its charging cable or charging dock. No way to use the device.
