Woks well for sleep data.
I got this to supplement my Apple Watch. Mostly I wanted to know my sleep information and I recharge my watch at night. I’ve had the ring for 10 days. App was easy to set up and connect to apple’s health app. I didn’t have the steps or exercise information sync to health because it gets that from my watch. Sleep data appears as advertised. Also the blood oxygen levels and heart rate. As others have said the step data from the ring is not accurate, especially just daily walking around. It does seem to capture actual running and walking (exercise) steps well. If you don’t need that data, this inexpensive ring is perfect. Battery life is as advertised so far.

After a month it seems to have problems
I bought this ring during prime day to get a cheap alternative to the Oura ring. It is fits well, the battery charges fast, and it was significantly less expensive than the main brands like Oura and Samsung. The first thing I noticed was that it does not track sleep well. For overnights it was good, but if you take a nap in the middle of the afternoon it will not register that as sleeping. For only $50 I was okay with that and otherwise worked decently well, but after a month of having the ring it no longer tracks my sleep at all. Now the only thing it is useful for is steps really

Reasonably priced. Seems to be a good value and no subscription needed
I love it so far. I’ve only been wearing it for about 3 days, but am hoping it continues to function as good in a couple months/years as it is now.

Worth the Price
Before I spent$$$ on a big name tracking ring I thought I would buy an inexpensive one to see if I can tolerate wearing a ring. I like that it can track so many things but it seems to record less steps than my Fitbit and so far I have not got the sleep monitoring to work ever. So it is disappointing. I was hoping to replace my Fitbit with its aging battery. Im keeping it and I hope I can get the sleep feature working. It is certainly worth the price I paid.

Stylish, accurate and efficient!
Easy to use, better than my Apple Watch! Yes – I said it. The battery life is great, it connected seamlessly, and so far it’s accurate as can be! AND it looks cute and stylish versus a big block of a smart watch.

Love the Ring
It works great. The sleep charting is very accurate and also I find that the blood pressure is accurate which I find amazing. Really liked the ring. It seems very sturdy. I got the silver one. There’s no scratch on it or anything. Very happy with this purchase.. The price is outstanding and the review is frankly are better than the more expensive ones.

Accuracy is sus
Accuracy is sus. Depending on which version they send you, you may or may not get BP capability.
