Beautiful scale that provides lots of info with a learning curve, at an amazing price
I have been wanting a body composition type scale for a while now. I’m a perimenopausal woman in the process of losing weight, so trying to preserve as muscle as possible is important. I think this scale is going to be my good friend in this process, once I figure it all out.So first of all, this scale is beautiful. I like that it has a glass plate to stand on instead of trying to get my feet precisely on metal nodes. It’s also pretty lightweight and has a slim, small profile making it easy to stash in the bathroom. The weight limit of 400 lbs. is awesome too. The display is big and bright.The instructions are a little funky. They appear to possibly have been translated from a different language, but I could understand them well enough to get the scale started up pretty easily. I downloaded the Unique Health app, which appears to be legit and used by other brands of smart scales too. I’m not sure if the app is absolutely necessary to use the scale, or if it just adds features like multiple profiles and app sharing. I haven’t figured out the benefit of app sharing yet. I was hoping sharing with my other health tracking app would give me a chart of my progress with at least weight and muscle mass. But so far, I haven’t been able to figure that out. I’m still working on it.I’m still figuring out Unique Health app, too. So far, I have figured out that I can add multiple users, I’m still figuring out if the info stays private between users or if users can see each other’s info. The app shows you a list of the days you measured and you can compare that way. It will also create a comprehensive report that looks like you could share it or maybe even print it out. This report a lot of info, including a graph showing progress for a few of the major metrics, but I haven’t figured out how to get access to similar graphs in the app without generating this report. I’m still working on that too.So here’s how it works: I step on the scale for a moment to wake it up. I crack open the app and click on the plus button to add a measurement. The app voice tells me to get on the scale. Both the app and the scale display info as it is measuring. The app voice tells me to hold still and not talk when it is taking my heart rate as the display on the scale shows it is measuring my heart rate. Then the app voice tells me to get off the scale and the scale starts to scroll through the measurements it took, while the app shows all of the info. I love the voice directions. I don’t have to look at the app the whole time and there’s no confusion about when to get on or off the scale and what to do while on the scale. As far as accuracy, my weight is very close to that measured on my old school digital scale. I have no way of telling if the bones, muscle, fat mass, etc. measurements are accurate. They sound about right and have been consistent each time I measure, but the real test will be the tracking over time.Overall, this is a beautiful, high quality smart scale with rich features and at the time of writing this review it is an amazing value for the price.

A Smart, Insightful, and Reliable Scale
This smart scale with BMI, body fat, muscle mass, and 25 other body composition metrics has made my health routine clearer and easier than I thought it would be. The big, bright color screen, easy-to-read numbers, and fast-changing make for a smooth, up-to-date experience. I like that the display doesn’t go away too quickly, so I have time to read the information. I began to care about more than just my weight. I also started to see changes in my body fat, muscle mass, water percentage, and other measurements, which helped me understand what’s going on over time. This scale is also very accurate, which is another good thing. I tried it over and over again on different days and got the same results each time. I can easily keep an eye on trends because I don’t have to worry about the device changing. Even if I weigh myself a few times a day just to see what it says, the numbers stay in a small range. This makes me feel better because I always get accurate feedback. It lets me see quickly how my body reacts to sleep, exercise, or stress. I don’t use it for in-depth analysis, but it does give me more information and works well with other metrics. The big platform also makes it more comfortable. I never feel like I’m trying to fit into a small space or balance. The scale stays strong and steady even when I move around a little. If you like to weigh yourself on a stable surface, this feature is a good one. I think this smart scale is one of the best things I own. It gives you a lot of information, is always right, and is easy to use in daily life. You can use this scale to easily and clearly track your overall health and your workout progress or just learn more about how your body is changing.

Very impressive scale
At $104.99, this smart scale is definitely an investment, but it’s been excellent overall. It works smoothly and allows you to set up multiple profiles directly on the scale just by tapping through options, which makes everyday use very convenient. The baby weight option is a huge plus for us and works really well. Most of the time, it accurately measures weight and other metrics like heart rate and body composition, though occasionally it won’t detect that you’re barefoot and only shows weight. Still, the functionality is strong, the display is clear, and the overall experience feels polished. For what it offers, I think it’s a very good value for money and a solid long-term purchase.

Lots of information
This scale gives you alot of information.It also has a report that you can print out .I printed it out but the writing was so small it was difficult to read the numbers. Would be nice to have a large graph to print out to see progress.I go see the Dr next week so will be interesting to see if the weight coincides with their scale.
