    Nice and simple
The smartwatch works smoothly, calls are clear, and notifications come in instantly. Alexa is a nice bonus and the screen looks sharp with plenty of watch faces. Health tracking is accurate and battery life holds up well. Overall, a solid everyday watch

    Great value!
What a great smart watch, especially for the money! It was very easy to learn how to use, easy to connect, has a touchscreen and has many functions. My son loves it for keeping check on HR and counting steps while exercising. I’m excited to borrow it to track my sleep patterns since I am always tired.

    Good watch
Purchased for my 8 year old, as she enjoys competing again me in daily steps. We had an issue with the battery not lasting even a full day. Could never get ahold of company. After tweaking some settings we were able to fix the problem ourselves. She enjoys the step and sleep tracking. Seems durable. Has so many options we just don’t utilize.

Feature‑Packed and Surprisingly Easy to Use
I’m really impressed with this smartwatch. The setup was quick, the screen is bright and responsive, and Alexa works flawlessly for hands‑free reminders and quick questions. The fitness tracking is accurate, the heart rate monitor updates fast, and the sleep tracking gives helpful insights without feeling intrusive. Battery life is excellent—I can go days without charging. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and looks more expensive than it is. For the price, this watch delivers way more than I expected. Highly recommend!

Decent for price, bad at distance measurements
Pros: Decent for the price. Heart rate, oxygen level, step count, etc. Battery usage is higher than others, apparently, but I haven’t had to charge min in a week, so I’m good with that.Cons: Inaccurate distance calculations, however, which is one star off. I verified this using google maps and the Samsung Health app which can measure walking distance. It’s also incompatible with most 3rd party health apps, including the aforementioned Samsung Health; you have to user their “VerifyFit” app — one star off. The app’s UI is very clunky and options are difficult to find.Overall, decent for the price. The lack of accurate distance traveled calculations bugs me the most, despite taking many actions to correct it.

    Powerful & Stylish
it’s easily one of the best value smartwatches I’ve owned. The 1.83″ HD touchscreen is bright and responsive, making it easy to navigate through features. With Alexa integration, I can set reminders, check the weather, and control smart home devices directly from my wrist super convenient. The Bluetooth calling and notifications work seamlessly with both Android and iPhone, and I love how many fitness features it includes over 120 sport modes, 24/7 heart rate, sleep tracking, and even stress monitoring. Plus, being IP68 waterproof, I don’t have to worry about sweat or rain during workouts.

They packed in more features while making it less useful
This is maybe the third basic smart watch I’ve bought in the last five years, but it’s easily the worst. So very little about this is customizable so you cannot set it up to work the way you need it. You can set it to connect with your phone, choose from various clock screens, change how long the screen stays on, but very little else. Beyond that, nearly every function exists in a way isn’t useful. Forgive me as I ramble here; it’s just hard to know where to start. The UI layout is a hot mess. Button functions go to a mix of function tools and health-tracking screens, while swiping goes to a different mix of function tools and health-tracking screens. You cannot arrange any of them, much less remove/hide the ones you’ll never use. It does track physical activity, but little of it is useful. If you manually count your steps across a period of time and compare your known number against its stepcount, it consistently shows far fewer. [On the plus side I’ve found it to be low at a consistent rate on several tests; just multiply the onscreen number by 3.3 for a fairly accurate approximation.] The rest of its health tracking is as accurate as a mood ring. That wouldn’t matter if you could edit them out of the UI just to de-clutter your screen navigation and clock face. When you find the clock app it shows a few preset timers -however- this would be useful only if I could edit the presets for the precise wait times I repeatedly need at work. It’s humorous that it claims to track your stress, but this watch just finds ways to increase frustration and anger (such as turning on the screen when you adjust your pillow, waking you to a flashlight in your face). Alexa connectivity alone should overcome some problems, like “set a timer for 22 minutes”. Unfortunately, each time time you find the Alexa logo and make a request, you’re prompted to log into your Amazon account again. If you ever need it to not bother you unless it’s from specific people (like the phone setting) then just turn off all on this watch. It’ll still interrupt you randomly with a badge claiming you burned X-number of calories. And these are just the issues off the top of my head. It’s very likely they just wanted to get the functions in and make it stable, without considering how to make it useful for everyone. If they just spent the time providing users with some flexibility, this would have been a banger of a watch.

    Excellent smart wash!
Excellent Smart Watch (IDW25 with Alexa). I just received this IDW25 smart watch and I am very satisfied. The design is modern and minimalist, with a comfortable silicone strap. Setup was simple and the Alexa built-in feature is a great plus, making daily tasks much easier with voice commands. It comes with its charging cable and an easy-to-follow operation manual. It’s an excellent option for anyone looking for a functional and well-priced smartwatch. I recommend it!)
