Having had asthma since childhood, I have owned several of these. This trainer is the best I have ever used. It is a great size that is much smaller and lighter than most, which I appreciate a lot because it’s hard for my to lift and hold heavy things. And that didn’t impact the functionality negatively at all!It has inhalation and exhalation simultaneously. There are clear diagrams and descriptions of the features of the unit. It has a downloadable app. It comes with a nose clip. I’ve been using it for months now and I’m very pleased with it.
