Convenient, reusable, and effective
This is my first tens unit and wow do I love it. I got this specifically to avoid cords and going through single use pads. Out of the about 8x ive used it ive only had to wash the gel pad twice. The remote has a screen which I love and the intensity settings are amazing. This is insanely convenient for using at work and holds up to my walking, bending, and stooping. The charge lasted quite a bit and ive only had to recharge once. This is one of my favorite pain relief methods after years of pills and patches.

Works sometimes.
The remote doesn’t work at all. It blinks but does nothing to adjust the device. Only one side of the device works and it’s inconsistent. I’ve gone through the troubleshooting and it hasn’t helped. This may end up getting returned or tossed.

This is the bomb !
I’m in love with this Tens unit – I was in a terrible car accident April 2024 – very broken up and a broken neck – days in ICU and then long term rehab . I’ve bought almost every ten unit on planet earth not kidding at all right down to the Neuro MD that is highly advertised -actually I bought 2 of the Neuro MD as -it was the best I could locate and I knew I couldn’t be without it if it went belly up ! -I wasn’t thrilled with it at all but of all the units I tried for almost a year that was the best of the bunch – then I saw all the different units on Amazon and after reading all the reviews I thought well , I ll give this one a try but not expecting it to be as good as the Neuro Md . and that wasn’t great – This tens unit is the bomb ! if you want a powerful pulse , you’ve got it -if you want a light or med pulse , you have that -you have a choice of time and power and different vibrating modes -it will run for a good 25 minutes before I have to reset it – others a much shorter run time – I buy the tubes of Tens gel on Amazon -I also use an XACTO KNIFE AND I CUT A SLIT IN EACH END OF THE GEL PADS — about a quarter of an inch from each end- i then that a thin ribbon and loop it through and hot glue it that way -i can put it on my back for all day wear and tie the ribbon around to the front of me -that way it can’t move as I go through my day – I simply keep the remote in my pocket -so simple -also I put a dab of Hot glue on the center of the on and off button -that makes the button a little higher and I can put my hand behind my back with all my cloths on and still feel that little button under my cloths to be able to push it on – This unit is the very best on the market !TO KNIFE

Good intensity
I bought this because I had a similar product but I wanted stronger stimulation. This has the stronger stimulation but the large pads are not as large as the ones I was using. If they had larger pads, even if they sold them separately, I would give it a five.

Ok but not great.
I’ve had this for awhile and used it every other day multiple time in the day. I’ve usedit on my shoulder, back and knee.Pro: wireless, many mode options and high levels.Cons: remote no longer work. When it did work the display isn’t well lit to read clearly. Need to control manually on the attached monitor. The intensity needs to be risen above level 10 and over to begin feeling a level of comfort, therefore level 10 will be like level one to start your gage. Have many mode but majority I felt was weak. I stayed in mode 4-6.Of the price point I would seek other options
