Easy to put together, very sturdy for my 250lb body. My back popped on the first use and it was the best feeling! I can now walk straight up and down with minimal pain. I’ll be using this thing everyday to try and get my discs filled back with fluid.

Life Changing Inversion Table
Before buying my inversion table I was dealing with steady, consistent, and worsening lower back pain. Now, the pain is virtually non-existent! Over the last month and half that I’ve had the table, I have inverted for 5-10 minutes at a time, 2-3 times a day. The table has 5 settings for different degrees of inversion. 1 is the least and is barely inverted at all up to 5 which is completely upside down. I’ve gradually increased from the 1 all the way to the 5. The heated back massager makes this table so much better than a different one that I tried before buying this one. The massager hits the back right where it needs to so that it greatly increases the effectiveness of the table. My back pain is virtually non-existent at this point and the regular use of my table keeps my back feeling completely relaxed and wonderful. This table is easy to assemble and is extremely well made. I highly recommend it to anyone who deals with lower back pain. It’s been a lifesaver!

First impression? Very good!
Product arrived in perfect condition. Just received it yesterday, so this is my initial review, to be updated as time goes on. Product was packaged very well. Instructions were very clear, as long as you read them carefully, and look at the illustrations. Several wrenches were provided, but the assembly process will be much easier if you have a 1/2 inch socket handy. You will also need a phillips head screwdriver near the end. The assembly process took about an hour. The hardest part of the install was attaching the seat assembly to the frame. It would have been helpful to have a 2nd person, but it can be done by one person. All the parts were clearly labeled, and organized by the assembly steps. Very helpful! A few notes about the first use. I have a very bad back (spondylolisthesis), and I found the heat/massage pad quite uncomfortable. I had to remove it for my own use, you may have a different experience. The user height adjustment is very accurate. My only initial complaint is the headrest adjustment. You have to remove the two bolts that attach the headrest to the frame, move the headrest to the appropriate position, and reinstall the two bolts. It seems like there could have been an easier way. Once you are secured into the ankle restraints, reclining is as easy as raising your arms one at a time. The product seems very sturdy, and well constructed. I inverted to about 80%, and completely relaxed while listening to Dark Side of the Moon. Initial reaction is that I am really going to enjoy this purchase. To be continued…

Very relaxing and helps with back issues
It was pretty easy to assemble, not bad at all. I’m 6’00” and it was very comfortable and relieved my back pain and helped with a right side rhomboid pain I’ve been suffering from for a while now. The relaxing feeling in my whole torso has been incredible. Especially since I’ve been back in the gym for a few months now and squats have been taking a toll on me at 55, I’m feeling it way more than I did 20 – 30 years ago. That decompression is awesome. The heat and massage are the best. Absolutely worth every penny.

L5-S1 best friend so far
I have a L5-S1 heriation where I got surgery and recovered. But now I got injured again and my spine feels so compressed I am desperate for relief.I decided to finally get a Inversion table as I noticed benefits of my Physical Therapist providing “Traction” where they grab your ankles and pull on you which relieves tension on your spine. This is a similar effect by providing vertical traction. Your weight of your body relieves the tension on your spine.I opted for this model with the massage and heat. ABSOLUTE worth it. I put it on full blast heat and massage and man….definitely makes it worth it and gives some relief.It’s no magic fix so far but even my pain management doctor said the purchase was an excellent idea and highly recommends it.This one will likely stay with me til I no longer exist. It’s built really solid. Like it’s REALLY solid. It’s very heavy of a unit so if you are the one with back issues, hopefully try and get some assistance with setting this up.Keep in mind of space, it’s a very large unit! It does sort of fold up but only so much. Its still a large unit folded up and makes for a pain in the butt in my apartment with limited space but I got desperate for relief from the compressed feeling in my disc and this has helped so much already. I’m trying to get it to relieve a pinch where my foot is numb. If this helps relieve that I will definitely update this here.But otherwise it’s worth it alone for relieving that compressed feeling in your spine that just doesn’t go away. From what I experienced in my short time of owning this. I can highly recommend it. At $200, this is a back injured best friend.

Terrific!! This inversion table is exactly as good as i hoped it would be. It’s only day one of putting it together so as of writing this i have had around 10 sessions of being 70% inverted as i don’t want to over do it and cause myself more harm than I’m already in. I must say that early impressions are sky high and this whole unit is of gym quality, it’s built like a tank being extremely sturdy and secure leaving no doubts about safety when in use.The ankle supports are superb in holding you comfortably in place without much sliding.I have not tried it yet with the heat and vibration on, I’ll try this tomorrow but I’m having doubts at the moment that I’ll use that as you are already getting hot from being inverted and i don’t want to sweat like crazy or pass out whilst upside down.Big thanks to the seller who reached out to me informing me that the plug is American only so it will require an adaptor and promising me that the delivery will be fast and in perfect condition which it was.Top marks and i highly recommend this inversion table and from this seller, you won’t be disappointed 🙂👍

Por razones de durabilidad, confiabilidad, y facilidad de uso.Esta fue la que gano después de horas de definir entre vídeos y opiniones. En realidad es una máquina virtuosa, con excelentes características. Me ha ayudado bastante, nada exagerado pero solo llevo 2 dias usándola. Si la recomiendo hay muchas otras a mitad de precio, pero les faltan muchos detalles que a esta le sobran. De bono tiene un masajeador, muy bueno y vale cada pesito.

Me encantó su precio en el buen fin, salió el costo como si comprara una usada, y la verdad con las 2 semanas que llevo utilizandola a diario he visto una muy ligera mejoría a mis dolencias de espalda baja, vamos a ser más constantes para opinar sobre una mejoría más sintomática. En cuanto a construcción y facilidad de uso esta decente en todos los aspectos, es un producto muy bueno y si están en esta decisión por problemas de espalda, más que recomendable ya que no es tan grande que estorbe pero no tan pequeña que se sienta frágil. Solo el soporte de tobillos es algo incómodo si la utilizan por más de 15 minutos a más de 45 grados, puede ser molesto conforme pasan los minutos. Fuera de esto es recomendable
