Source Naturals Wellness Formula Herbal Defense is quality. And the advantage of these is how easy they are to take as well. Well, to determine how many to take AND to take. The ingredients are high quality and provide a relative value for my money. Here is the important though. Maybe the most important part. Who am I to set your priorities, right? I’ll put it this way, for me, the most important part is what they actually do. When I feel something coming, I have these in my life for relief of any future pain. Not pain relief int the traditional sense, but the pain of being sick. The pain of feeling groggy knowing and feeling every inch of my body working against something attempting to take my body down. Feeling particularly down, take more and take more often. Looking to build up your body for a future known travel or stress situation? Take a different amount consistently and prepare your body. These herbal defensive vitamins have served me well for years. Maybe over a decade? Either way, the variation in suggested amount based on how you feel has done me well. As I got to know them a bit more and how well they worked for my body, I have a rhythm down. I highly recommend these, especially if you seek vegan and holistic herbal defense methods.

This wellness supplement is by far the nastiest and stinky supplement ever and the pill is rather large so it can be hard to swallow but this stuff WORKS!I’ve been taking this for the past 3 years. I started taking it when I had to start commuting to DC and use public transit. The metro can get packed and even with Covid still lingering around there’s a lot of people using the Metro. I started taking this to help build my immunity in hopes to not get as sick being exposed to so many people on a daily basis. I started this supplement before Covid was even a thing. Prior to comutting I was working from home and not exposed to many people so I knew my immunity wasn’t as strong as it could be and if I didnt take something I’d be sick all the time and I definitely didn’t want to bring any sickness back home to my family.My initial reaction to this supplement was eww its nasty and it smells awful. I can’t take it with water, I have to take it with juice or something with flavor to keep it down. However, with that being said the benefits outweighs the nastiness. There has been countless time where my co-workers or family have been sick and I don’t catch whatever is going around. If I do catch something it’s usually when I miss a dose or 2 and the symptoms are mild. As soon as I get symptoms I realize I hadn’t taken the supplements and immediately will take it and within a couple of days I’m good.When people were freaking out about Covid. I kept taking this supplement and I never tested positive for Covid. If I did get it, it was mild. Now every body reacts differently to supplements, so this is not a testimony stating it will prevent Covid but it definitely has kept me healthy and anytime I did get sick the symptoms were mild and the illness was short.You couldn’t pay me to stop taking this supplement. It has kept me healthier than I would otherwise have been. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

This is one of those rare supplements that actually does what it says it is supposed to do, and does it very well. If used correctly this supplement can shorten the duration of an cold / flu and can prevent them from happening in the first place. I can say from years of using this product that it does both. I am naturally a skeptic when it comes to supplements. About 8 years ago I had a flu and happened to have a bottle of Wellness Formula that I had not tried. On the third day of the flu I took a few of these and noticed a dramatic drop in the symptoms of the flu. Since then I said to myself there must be something to it. I have since been taking this as directed at the first sign of symptoms. I also take a few in the winter time to prevent colds and flu. Due to this supplement and a few other changes in my life, I have only been sick 2 or 3 times in the last 8 years.The list of ingredients in this product is amazingly long. Sometimes I will look at the ingredients of a supplement and try to piece together my own formula, but with this supplement because of the length and complexity of the ingredients, that is simply not feasible. I choose to take the tablet form as I find it to be more effective. Because this formula has such a high amount of Vitamin C (1,290 mg) I will actually choose to buy a bottle of this instead of regular vitamin C.
